Get ready to experience the magic of Central Florida in this beautiful Dog Friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with private swimming pool! Just minutes from Disney World Parks, dining, Sea World, Universal Studios and much more! The large open floor plan is great for families and friends to relax together. 4 Smart TVs with complimentary Hulu with Live TV and Disney+. Whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks, you are sure to love this home! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is just minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions like Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios.

This house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing. The entire home and all outdoor patio areas have WiFi access. All bedrooms and living room have large flat screen HD TV's with Hulu LIVE TV. There is also unlimited local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada. You'll find everything you need is at your fingertips. The living room has large comfortable seating for the whole family, a large flat screen HD TV, cable, BluRay DVD player, movies, books, a CD player, and board games for the whole family to enjoy. The room opens out to a sunny, south facing pool with ample deck space that's screened off from the neighbors. You'll find lounge chairs, a patio table, and a Bar-B-Que are all there for you when you feel like enjoying the outdoors. Pool heating is available upon request. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. If your stay is during the Christmas holidays and you would like the home to be decorated, please let us know and we will have it ready for your stay.

The spacious master bedroom looks out over the swimming pool. It has a queen size bed, flat screen HD TV, cable, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. This bathroom has a shower. Between the dresser and the walk-in closet, you'll find there is plenty of storage space! For your convenience, this room has a computer and printer.

The guest suite also has a view of the pool. It has a full size bed and a flat screen HD TV with cable. There is ample storage space in this room as well. It has two night stands, a dresser, and a closet. This room shares a bathroom with the kids room. That bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo.

The kids room is sure to be a hit! With a twin/full bunk bed and a twin trundle hidden underneath, there is ample sleeping space for up to four people. All three mattresses are extremely comfortable! The kids will never get bored in here! There is a large flat screen HD TV, cable, XBox 360, Wii, BluRay DVD player, books, foam building blocks, light-up football and board games. Bring your own Xbox 360 games or feel free to use the games and DVDs we have provided. There is also a closet and dresser with ample storage.

We are confident that you'll love this home as much as we do! Please note that the villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We do not allow parties, or smoking in the home. If you do have other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Security - Property is equipped with cameras and a Ring doorbell for the security of the guests and homeowners. These devices record activity on the outside of the home only and are primarily for the security of the home when vacant. (1) Ring doorbell located by the front door and is monitoring the front porch. In addition, (1) camera is located on the east side of house monitoring the east side of home. (1) camera is located on the west side of house monitoring the west side of home. (1) camera is located above the garage monitoring the driveway. All devices are on 24/7.

Short Stay

Great property to stay at in Orlando. It is convenient to Disney, shopping, and food. Our family if 5 had plenty of room and the owners are extremely responsive. We will stay here again.

Home was clean and spacious for two couples. Enjoyed the pool area. Owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Spent a month at Magical Ears Villa and would recommend home to Disney visitors.

Great location for visiting Disney Parks

This was our family's first time visiting the Disney Parks. The location of the Villa was terrific for us! We spent most of our days outside of the Villa, at the parks, but at each day's end it was a nice place to return to. The house adequately provided everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the owner and the timely responses we received when we contacted him.

My husband and two daughters stayed here 3 nights while visiting Disney and Orlando. The house was very clean and well-kept. It’s close to grocery shopping, restaurants and the Disney theme parks. The pool was nice. We would suggest having some floats or pool noodles for guests to enjoy though. There were none which was disappointing for the kids. We paid extra to have the pool heated but it didn’t feel much warmer the day or two after the heater was turned on. The owner was very responsive. There was no ice maker hooked up in the fridge for some reason and no ice trays, so we didn’t have ice for the first day. The owner did provide some ice trays on the second day. The rooms were well furnished and pretty. We found that the beds were pretty hard though. Easy checkin and check out procedure. All in all, a nice stay.

Good for a short stay

House is adorably decorated and pretty clean. We stay in a lot of rentals and missed some of the kitchen and bathroom basics most places provide. Kids were excited about the Xbox but the batteries in the controller were dead so we had to go replace those. The outside area was kinda disappointing. The patio was full of spiderwebs and the pool not too clean, there were several severely cracked and sharp pool tiles on the edge, and though we asked to add on pool heating, we didn’t get the invoice for the additional charge until a few hours before arrival when we were in Disney, and because we didn’t pay it immediately, the water had not been heated when we got in that evening, so no one could swim for one of the two nights we paid for, and even when it was on, it was still too cold for my Floridian parents to swim, so only my youngest made use of the pool for about an hour total of our stay. Bummer, since we selected the house for the pool area thinking we’d all spend lots of time out there. First night was nice and quiet, second night the neighbors were screaming loudly until about 10pm, so kids couldn’t sleep.

Comfortable home, fantastic owners

We ended up booking this property on very short notice, due to our original booked property being damaged and no longer available. Despite the short notice the owners were polite and very quick to respond to any and all questions we had-usually I got a response to my messages within just a couple hours, which was greatly appreciated. The house is clean but not crazy overdone to the point where it doesn't feel like home-we didn't spend too much time there, with all the touring around we did, but we were always happy to get there at the end of the night. With there being 3 adults in our group I ended up with the Finding Nemo bunk bed, which was just fine by me. :P We quickly found out how to get to the nearest main road, which was five minutes away and had literally every shopping/food option available to it. We were concerned with the distance to the Universal parks-for nothing apparently, the drive to the parks each morning was just long enough for us to finish a coffee in the AM, and most importantly included NO tolls. The only suggestion I would make is maybe an HDMI cord for both the cable box and the dvd player if possible-as it is there's only one, so you have to switch it if you want to go from watching movies to watching tv and vice versa. That got us stuck for a few minutes and may really confuse less tech-savvy guests , but it's really a very minor detail in what is an otherwise very comfortable home! Thank you very much to both Mario and Kristi! Maybe we'll see you again the next time we need a visit to Hogwarts ;)

Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough of the property or the owners. Mario and Kristi were so easy to deal with and incredibly helpful during our stay. We had never rented a private home before - usually a condo - but everything about the house was exactly as advertised. We all enjoyed the private pool and Netflix and Hulu in every room on large screen tv’s. The living room furniture was comfortable and had ample space for the four of us to watch tv together. My kids LOVED the fooseball and pool table and having laundry on-site was a huge bonus for us. The kitchen was well-stocked and the neighbourhood was quiet. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough about our experience. I highly recommend this property for your next family vacation to the area.

Perfect Villa for our family holiday

The villa was perfect for our long awaited Disney family holiday. Set in a great location for all the Disney’s parks on a quiet estate. Eateries and supermarkets all close by. We were just thrilled with the house and the set up. It worked perfectly for our family. The house was clean and the pool was so fun for the kids. It was great that we really didn't need to bring anything but our clothes and personal items. There were plenty of towels for showering and pool use. There was plenty of space to spread out and sleep. We really enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again. Thank you so much.

Mario and Kristi, Our experience in your home was far superior to that of a hotel stay. We were sooo very impressed at the cleanliness of this well kept home and ALL the wonderful amenities that it had to offer! :) Would highly recommend this home to others.( I already have :)) The kindnesses of you and the punctual responses makes one feel that you're really there for the renters and I thought that was awesome! We always knew what was going on because of how you kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The pool was amazing( my kids loved this and were in it every chance that they could), the abundance of towels, the warm and cozy soft bedding that you provided, the gorgeous washer and dryer, the fully equipped up kitchen, pool table and fooseball are just a few of the joys that we enjoyed while there. Would so love to rent the home again :) I hope that you will rent this place for many years to come! Loved the screen all around the pool. No bugs and my brother actually spent the night on the long lounger outside sleeping under the stars a couple of those nights. Everything was so nice and close too..Disney being only 15 min. away, many gift shops that were so close to home, and Walmart 10 min. away. Considering all of this, the silence of the property was amazing! A very nice and peaceful place to stay. It was the best location for what we were looking for and we can't thank you enough for helping to make our first family trip to Disney a memorable and amazing one!! Take care, Simone

It was great! Best rented house so far!

House was extremely clean & it was full of all types of entertainment from movies to the pool table. Great for relaxing by the pool & lounging around. Only thing we didn’t like was the alarm on the sliding glass door but it definitely makes the house even safer.

Enjoyed the weekend

My family and I enjoyed our weekend here. The kids loved the pool. Everything was nice and in working condition, and I was even able to check in before my scheduled time! The owner responds quickly for any questions or concerns you might have. I didn't have any during my stay. I would definitely stay at this location again.

While I am originally from California, Central Florida has become a home away from home for my family. We took our first trip eight years ago when our daughter was only 5 months old. We had such an incredible time that we decided to come back at least once every year. As the time passed, we found ourselves coming more and more often. Each time we have visited, our family has always rented a home. It was so much more convenient than a hotel! We really appreciated having all the creature comforts of home and each having our own space. Pulling from those experiences, we have tried to anticipate all of your needs when getting our Magical Ears Villa ready for you. Magical Ears Villa is a beautiful home located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Disney World in a highly desirable area. The neighborhood is extremely easy to get to and also has a wonderful playground for children in a park setting. Restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, TGI Fridays, Cracker Barrel, and Olive Garden are all just a few minutes away! You'll also find souvenir shops, grocery stores, CVS, Target, Walmart, and a wide variety of fast food options are just minutes down the road.
