Well, not sure what to say for this gentlemen. We heard no complaints or issues during his stay. Sorry he didn't feel it a 4 or 5 star stay as we are constantly updating the house.

Thank you for your stay. Nearly all of the mattresses have been replaced within the last couple of years. We are working our way through the house and should have them all replaced by the end of the year. Mike

As we've updated much of furniture, pool furniture, flooring, etc. I'm not sure what Zaely was referring to, but will be taking a closer look our next time in FL. Also, without any context regarding cleanliness, I'm unable to provide the direct feedback to the property management team and their cleaning staff.

Thank you Brittney for your feedback. I agree our photos need to be updated to reflect the new flooring, new patio furniture as well as other improvements we've made. We have that planned for early this fall when things slow down and time allows. Thank you again Mike

Our apology regarding the pool. The local lawn care people inadvertently got fertilizer in the pool and it took longer to reduce the phosphate levels then normal. We have addressed this issue with the Home Owner Association to ensure it does not happen again. While the cleaning company stated the pool was safe for swimming (so it was not a health risk) I wouldn't have used it either.

Not sure how to reply. Lets start with Air Conditioning upstairs. There are 2 AC units in the house (1 for each level). As this is the first time anyone has mentioned an issue that they were unable to figure out how to turn the temperature down nor did they call the property managers for assistance. As for the water - it is a FL issue and agree that city water has an odd taste. Hence most people use bottled water. As for the ceiling fans, I can only comment that I actually was in FL just before this families arrival. My inspection indicated all the fans had been recently cleaned. So, not sure what else to say. As for the soap bars - in the information provided prior to arrival it is clearly indicated we only provide a complementary (think hotel size) bar of soap and enough toilet paper and paper towels to last a short while. Regarding the comforters - we just replaced two sets of complete bedding. While a little more specific information on which bedroom (s) she is referring I cannot adequately address. However, I will make the property managers aware so they can ensure this matter is looked into.
