Thoughtfully updated and fully refurnished, Flip Flop Hideaway boasts modern comforts throughout - including an HVAC system with a built-in Ultraviolet Light System that eliminates up to 97% of bacteria, mold, and airborne viruses.

The spacious kitchen is a chefā€™s delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample space for preparing your favorite seafood dishes or a sunset picnic. Thanks to the open design, youā€™ll stay connected to family and friends in the adjoining living and dining areas.

Our family really enjoyed our stay!! You cannot ask for a better location. The golf cart provides a convenient mode of transportation throughout the resort, rooms are comfortable, spacious. It felt like a little home away from home.

We have always loved Baytown wharf/surrounding area. Everything is accessible by golf cart which is so convenient! We loved every second of our stay! The street was quiet and rental was clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Fun and Sun

We absolutely loved staying at the bungalos of Sandestin! So much to do on property and amazing places to eat! we loved that we could take the golf cart everywhere on property including the beach! I will say the beach is very crowded so we did drive to Henderson State park twice, which is just a short 10 minute drive and well worth it!

The property was in a great location and close proximity to everything. It was exactly as described and was extremely clean. This house was beautiful inside and out. The pool and putting area right across the street was a bonus. The golf cart was great and in excellent condition. Loved this home and recommend it to anyone. Judy with Russell vacations was great to work with and very responsive. We are never ready to leave and can't wait to return to Sandestin.

Amazing Stay!

We had the BEST time! The house was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. The golf cart was wonderful for getting us to the beach or dropping me at the Conference Center for meetings. The location was delightful- right across the street from the community pool on a shady lined street. We hope to return next year- thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Nicely updated beach house

Very clean updated home. No clutter and nicely decorated. Screened in porch was comfortable and heavily used by everyone in the family. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The only thing we missed was a golf cart to get around in. Will come back if they get one for the home.

Perfection! Look no further!

This house is tucked away in a quite community with gated access. The house so VERY clean! I use to clean houses for a living and this was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! Very comfortable beds. The golf cart was great. There was a tunnel access to the beach that way you didnā€™t have to cross the busy intersection. The pool is literally steps from the front door and is very clean! I would definitely stay again!

Cute place!

We love this area and have stayed in 4/5 different bungalows in this neighborhood! The location of this particular one is literally directly in front of the pool gate, which was great with kids. The property was very clean/well stocked. If i had any complaints it would be .. The home had a strong smell of mothballs when we first walked in. Tv in upstairs bedroom is super tiny. Like a tablet screen size. Furnishings are a bit dated compared to the other homes we stayed inā€¦ but everything was very clean, which is more important to me. Beds were comfortable. Golf cart was nice, We would stay here again.

We enjoyed this unit, it was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The street was very quiet. We were able to walk every morning because of the sidewalk along the main street. The golf cart was nice to have because we didn't have to take the car to the beach or to Baytowne Village. The Bungalos was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with if we wanted to do that. The front porch was very nice. It was a great place to cool down after our walks. The Management Company was very helpful as well. There was an issue with the kitchen sink that was fixed very quickly. Everything that we needed was close by. We would book this unit again if we stay in this area again.

Excellent property

We arrived to the house used the remote key pad to get in and the place was beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and well maintained. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath off the kitchen. Perfect for our family. My favorite thing was the porch. We spent most of our time sitting playing games or reading there (when we werenā€™t at the beautiful beach) So relaxing. We had a brief issue with the AC however the management company (especially Judy) took care of things right away and were extremely responsive. Loved having the golf cart. Itā€™s a MUST HAVE! Highly recommend this house.

Vacationing at the Bungalows

We typically stay at Laurel Grove in Sandestin several times a year but decided to stay at the Bungalows this time. The property was very clean and appeared to be modern ( not contemporary) construction and well decorated. Lots of detail trim, 10ā€™ ceilings on the first level and 9ā€™ on the second. Each bedroom had itā€™s own bath. The master had a large walk in shower. The beds need to be updated to foam mattressā€™s instead of coil springs. Kitchen was modern with ample counter space. TVs in every room but to many remotes. Nice front porch with plenty of seating. Parking for two cars. Pool was directly across the street. It had bath rooms and a covered area. Plenty of deck area. The pool chairs needed updating. Several was sagging and needed to be replaced. Management was very cordial and polite. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Getaway HQ

The property was ideal for our family as we vacationed along the Emerald Coast. We loved everything about it. We would gladly stay there again. The only drawback was two doors down there were five guys staying in a bungalow, and they partied hearty and very loudly outdoors every night until after 1 a.m. The 10 a.m. quiet regulation should have been enforced by security.
