Our bright and sunny beach cottage is designed in "Key West" style with updated furnishings and bed linens. You could not ask for more - a beautifully appointed cottage that is located steps from the Laurel Grove swimming pool, and offers a lovely golf course view. Two golf carts are included (a 6-seat cart and a 4-seat cart), so take an open air ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf! Tram service is also complimentary. Our open and airy family room features a two story vaulted ceiling, travertine floors and plenty of comfortable seating. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless appliances, including a wine cooler. There is seating for six guests at the dining table, and bar seating for three. Lounge on the screened porch while enjoying the outdoor television and a lovely golf course view. There is also an extended patio with seating for your outdoor enjoyment!

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a comfy king bed, generous closet space, and access to the screened back porch. The spacious master bathroom offers a huge walk-in showeri and a dual sink vanity. Our main floor guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, generous closet space, and an adjoining guest bathroom with a wonderful walk in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom sleeps a total of six guests with two double beds and an additional bunk closet with two twin beds. Built-in flat panel televisions in the bunk closet will delight the kiddos! An adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination completes the upstairs guest suite. For your convenience, the laundry closet provides a stackable washer/dryer, as well as a gas grill out back.

This home has all the extras to make your vacation memorable and comfortable - a Keurig coffee maker, two blu ray DVD players with apps capability, and even two extra twin size inflatable mattresses for unexpected guests. There are flat panel televisions throughout the home, and complimentary WIFI is provided.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
