Spend your next vacation in our stunning 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom luxury home while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard! Paradise at it's finest !

You will enjoy daily visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private dock is the perfect place to fish or crab. There is a Jacuzzi that waterfalls into a beautiful large swimming pool, pool heat not available in summer months . There is a large screened in lanai overlooking the scenic Gulf waters.. The house is fully furnished home with a living room, den and a fully equipt, eat-in open kitchen. Dining areas located inside and outside both upstairs and downstairs. Relaxing outdoor fire pit with seating. The entire space sleeps 6 people only no exceptions please or $1,000 security deposit will be forfeited . No pets .The house is located in a peaceful and private location . The area is perfect for kayaking ( 4 kayaks), swimming by the sandbar, scalloping, crabbing, and fishing , bicycling (2 bikes) or just sitting by the pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine. The closest beach is Pine Island it is a smaller family beach on the gulf. Kayak down the Weeki Wachee river with the manatees . Propane grill on second floor deck, propane is guests responsibility , fire pit (wood not provided)




Whether you're looking for a spot for your next scalloping trip, fishing excursion, kayaking adventure, bike riding , family get together, or a relaxing escape, this is the perfect spot . Close to Disney, Busch Gardens and Homosassa Springs if you'd like to swim with the Manatees. Right around the corner from Weeki Wachee Springs ( Home of the live Mermaid Show) In-shore and Off-shore fishing Charters available. Enjoy the amazing local cuisine our many restaurants available here in Hernando Beach. Some of which will cook your catch straight from our waters. It doesn't get any fresher than that. $550.00 per night with a 3 nite minimum stay. No discounts during peak holiday months and scallop season.Located on the Nature Coast, Gulf of Mexico. NO pets, NO early check in or late check out please or you will be charged another night's rent. Thank you ! Due to the last flood and hurricane the dock was damaged . We hope to have it repaired as soon as possible. There is plenty of room to fish/crab or enjoy the views . No events or large gatherings or your security deposit will not be refunded.

Such a beautiful view from every deck and window! We watched birds in the morning and dolphins in the evening, and loved kayaking while the tide was out. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable, and living room couches felt so nice to lounge on after an active day. We also appreciated the art in the house, especially the Chinese poem and the Japanese bowls. Pool and jacuzzi area were wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was comfortable and had every single thing we could possibly need. The host answered all my questions before our visit and was available if we needed anything during the week. Our visit was relaxing and fun and we hope to return again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot - Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic vacation at Carol's property! This place is perfect for families, especially those traveling with elderly guests and children. Highlights:- The indoor elevator was incredibly helpful for our 79-year-old family member- Kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub- Spacious, bright interior that's ideal for family gatherings- Excellent amenities: kayaks, fishing rods, and crab traps provided by the host- Very well-maintained propertyOutstanding Host:Carol was exceptional - she responded to any questions or issues immediately throughout our stay. Her prompt communication and attention to detail made our vacation stress-free.Perfect for:- Multi-generational families- Guests with mobility considerations (thanks to the elevator)- Families with children who love water activities- Anyone who enjoys fishing and kayakingWe truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning once the minor repairs are completed. Thank you, Carol, for such wonderful hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! Most notable were the nature and then the space in the home which works so well with having grandparents and kids/teens all needing their own space to retreat to. The common areas were perfect- plenty of space to sit around a table for meals and play board games and everyone had a comfy seat to watch movies together too. The pool was a hit of course! We needed help getting the jacuzzi on but Carol was very responsive and someone came right away. The big dock is still not fixed but you can look around at the neighbors and the need for dock repair is evident in the area and the waiti by list must be so long. The smaller dock for fishing and launching kayaks was a great space for us. My family fished happily and we saw manatees, sea turtles and sting rays! I still can’t believe the wildlife- it is a very special place for sure. Thank you for a fun location and a home to accommodate our family!

Fantastic Stay

Very spacious home, layout was great. Master suite on top floor, 3 bedrooms including a jack and jill suite on middle floor along with kitchen, living room, deck and lanai. Bottom floor was a fun game room and direct pool and fire pit access. We sure got our steps in using the stairs but the elevator was awesome for when we were feeling lazy :)

This house was perfect for our family of 3 teenagers and two parents. The primary bedroom suite was on the top floor and had a lovely view and private porch. The bathroom has separate vanities and was spacious and clean. The kids all had their own space. We put the two boys in the rooms with the joined bathroom to share and our daughter had the room on the other side of the house with her own bathroom. They were nicely decorated and comfortable. There was so much space to spread out. I, who am perpetually cold, loved sitting out on the screened in porch overlooking the channel and Gulf. There's a large table that was great for home cooked meals there. The dining table in the kitchen was perfect for both meals and playing card games together. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic cooking and eating dishes and utensils as well as many spices, coffee, tea, etc... We had groceries delivered from Walmart and it made everything so easy. Also, we went into town a couple of times for dinner which was a short drive.The whole family loved the pool, hot tub and kayaks as well as the pool table.Bill and Carol were quick to respond when we had questions and were very nice and knowledgeable.The deck is understandably damaged from the hurricane from the back up caused by all the demand for repairs, but that didn't slow us down for a minute. One day we rented a pontoon from Captain's Boat Rentals and we're able to tie it up by the boat lift easily.

Great location and visit

House was roomy and well furnished. Views of the water from everywhere in the house were great. Pool / hot tub kept us comfortable. The kayaks added to the fun. The pool table was a nice change of pace. Dolphins made some dawn and dusk visits. Any questions i had were quickly answered. Overall great stay.

Great views!!

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the house!! It is very spacious and quite comfortable. The view of the Gulf is beautiful!! It definitely has everything you need to keep your family occupied!

Family Spring Break Trip 2025

Overall, the home was a nice stay for our family. The variety of activities provided us with different things to do each day. The managing staff was friendly and available by text if needed. This is a good slow paced location with water access/views, a pool, game room, and plenty of space.The area is rebuilding from the latest storm. Everyone we talked to was very nice and banding together to rebuild as a community. Shopping is close by. Restaurants were good and pretty busy at times.Home - Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. Beds were comfy and there are several bathrooms. The exterior could use a bit of TLC in some areas. The screened porches are a bit older.Water - We saw dolphins off the dock several days, as they swam through the channel looking for food. We even took the kayaks out to get a closer look.Views of the water and sunsets were great. The dock is awaiting repair. Not much water access without it. There is a small kayak launch.Pool - Was pretty big and had an attached hot tub for easy in/out. If you would like to adjust the temp of the hot tub, you'll need to get maintenance to come.Game Room - Had a pool table and foosball table. We spent quite a bit of time in this room. The ping pong table pictured is not included, which we looked forward to.Fishing - Poles were available in the garage to fish off the dock. We got tips from the bait shop on local areas.We'd consider this location again.

Loved it

The house was everything we wanted and more. We came down for my Aunt’s 80th birthday and the fact it had an elevator made it easy for the older people to visit us. The only bad thing was that the dock is in the process of being repaired due to Helene and Milton damage. Great communication with the property manager. I recommend this place to anyone. Just wish the weather would have been better.

Beautiful, very well appointed home!

We chose to stay at The Oasis because it has an elevator due to one in our party being in a wheelchair. Although the elevator was almost too small for the power chair, it worked well for a smaller transition chair. The home is very clean and is the most well-appointed short-term rental we have ever stayed in. I have learned to pack a lot of household essentials to take with us. Although almost everything I packed was not necessarily needed as it was already provided for in the house. The home has a lot of space and it's very open. Even though the dock has been destroyed in one of the last hurricanes, the access to the canals via the kayak ramp was still available. The enclosed pool & hot tub area was absolutely wonderful! We 100% loved our stay at The Oasis! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities

We just did a long weekend getaway. The home was great and provided a lot of amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, grill, full kitchen, fire pit, pool table were all used. Carol was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Very nice property; very well appointed

My son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and I were in the Weeki Wachee area for a beloved family reunion. This home was perfect for our stay... large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. My grandchildren very much enjoyed the pool, and the home has beautiful views of the gulf. My only recommendation would be the check-in procedure. We received a four-digit entry code via email. The front door has a keypad, but the code did not work on the door keypad. My son noticed a keypad on the garage door, and we were able to gain entry through the garage... but only because my son was familiar with the type keypad that was on the garage. The entry instructions should really state that the code is for the garage door and that you must enter the code and press "Enter" to open the door. It worked out fine for us, but we did have a moment of panic when we arrived and could not get in the front door. Overall, we had a 5-star experience.

The home was lovely and well maintained. We say dolphins almost every day along with rays, sea turtles and lots of fish. Carol and Bill property managers responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.
