The Olivia Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa with private pool located in an ideal spot in Coral Bay and offering an ideal venue for both first time visitors to Paphos and for those who do not wish to drive whilst on holiday as the main center of Coral Bay is just a short walk away. Restaurants, tavernas, cafes, supermarkets, and the sandy beach of Coral Bay are within an easy and short walk away. The villa offers privacy, sea views, large mature gardens, a private pool, and an ideal setting for private family holidays in Coral Bay.



Room details

GROUND FLOOR – The villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the modern comforts, a modern dining area and leather lounge. TV with DVD player and a music system. One of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor along with one of the two bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR – There are two bedrooms, the master double bedroom and the second twin bedroom and both offer access to the balcony which enjoys sea views. The main bathroom is also located on the first floor.

OUTDOORS – The villa also offers a generously spaced area and a pleasant relaxing private outdoor lounge area. The gardens are mature and there are Sunbeds for six, and a 5m X 10m private swimming pool with walk-in steps.

The Villa exceeded our expectations, it was in a nice quiet location with great views from the garden. The pool is a really good size and the children spent every day in it.

Best villa we’ve stayed at in

The villa is everything we could of asked for . The location was superb, quiet but not too far away from all local amenities. Pool was colder than we’d expected, luckily the weather was warm but normally pools are solar heated.

Gorgeous villa !!

Excellent holiday spent in this lovely villa , kids loved the very large warm pool Location is not to far from the top end of the strip of restaurant and bars Just enough away so it’s very peaceful My wife was ill on the checking out day but there was no one in that day so they let us leave at our leisure Would highly recommend!!

We had a great weeks stay

Pool. The villa overall and the view. Plenty of clothes hanging space. Kitchen facilities. No welcome pack as other adjacent villas, Couldnt find a vacuum. Dishwasher doesnt stop when door opened. Remote for aircon loose cover.

Nice villa but maintained on very tight budget and unfortunately it shows.

The villa itself is very nice however it’s not particularly well maintained. The met and greet advertised in the information pack didn’t happen, despite waiting in for the management team, the dishwasher was broken on arrival and although promises were made that it would be replaced nothing was actually done, the property was broken into a couple of years ago and the doors are still damaged, one in particular just bolted shut. The pool area is nice although again needs updating, cracks in tiles etc and an old water bottle as a bodge repair for one of the water outlets in the pool. Mattress's are all very old and have useless pieces of foam just on top of them to try and mask how old and bartered they are. All of the binds are badly worn and have holes in and all kitchen equipment is very old, cheap and not really up to much. Shame for such a nice place to do poorly maintained.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa. Well kept. Good distance to town. Easily walkable yet not too close. Very private location with views across the valley. Great service from the managers. In and out with no fuss whatsoever. As with most places in Cyprus the surrounding areas always seem unkept and run down with lots of projects on half. None of which effects the holiday experience. Would recommend.

Fantastic

We stayed at the Olivia Villa for 10 nights. We had a fantastic stay, one of the best villas we’ve stayed at. (And we’ve stayed at quiet a few!) Perfect location as quiet but also only a short walk into coral bay. Plenty of shops/bars/restaurants etc close by. We brought our 7 month old daughter with us for her first holiday. Chris/Rod arranged for a cot bed on arrival, we also had several items like bread, milk, water & wine!! We were greeted the next morning by Rod who manages the property & I asked if Rod could arrange a high chair & baby walker. Within a few hours Rod brought us round both items. It was perfect as we could leave the baby to roam round or sit in the chair without worrying of her hurting herself. There is a large supermarket close by literally 2-3 min drive that sells absolutely everything, had all the baby stuff we needed plus everything for ourselves including lots of meat & alcohol :-) The swimming pool was perfect, nice temperature, lovely seating area, we could push chairs together to keep baby safe. There is internet & TV box with plenty to choose from. We did lose signal for a few hours s/w Rod who got onto supplier & was back up running shortly after. We’ll definitely be going back to this villa in the future absolutely loved the villa & location. No negatives to report, only issue I had was being bitten at night, so just make sure you have plenty of bite/insect spray.

Wonderful Villa

My favourite villa in Coral Bay so far. The location is perfect and the views lovely. Everything you could want and need. Had an issue with the tv buffering making it unwatchable really but still want to give 5 stars as we loved it so much!

Super relaxing holiday

Had a lovely stay at Villa Olivia. Just a short stroll into Coral Bay so you couldn’t ask for a better location. Pool is fantastic & well kept. It is in the shade late afternoon which is a relief. Villa very clean & well maintained. The villa is very private & very peaceful. Would definitely go back 👍😁
