As an an end-cap unit you'll enjoy an extra-large wrap-around balcony with dining table & loungers making it THE perfect place to dine or watch the boats go by.

The private rooftop offers a conversation set, 2 hammocks & dining table & chairs. A new partial shaded pergola has been added along with 2 loungers. Your group can spread out & enjoy all the space & ocean views. It's especially enjoyable at night with the moon, stars & the shimmering lights of Cozumel. You won't believe this is all your space!

The condo boasts a bright open-concept living area with 10-foot floor-to ceiling windows offering sun-filled views from all the common areas including the master bedroom.

-Our fab beach attendant Arturo sets up the loungers, umbrellas & tables each morning.
-Food & drinks (cocktails, smoothies) can be purchased from menus & delivered right to your lounger. (Breakfast, lunch & dinner, cocktails, beer buckets, wine, smoothies & more. Discounts for food & drink are given to our guests. (Gratuity not included.)
-Infinity pool overlooks the beach. (Great people-watching!) Or lounge by the pool with a book.
-Beach massage, paddleboards, kayak, jet ski & parasailing for rent close by.
-We're one of the few complexes that does not have boats tied up in front obstructing swimming & views.

We're exceptionally well-located; right in the heart of the town & 1/2 a block to lively & fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping etc. Paddle-board rentals, jet skis, parasailing, kayaks are for rent right on the beach. Visit nearby nature/water parks (Xel-Ha, Xcaret, Xplor), Mayan ruins, ziplining, & more.

*Upon booking via VRBO, you will pay us at Playa Beach Getaways directly for the rental amount & not VRBO. VRBO will ONLY charge your credit card for their guest fee & they do not share your credit card details with us. (This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link. THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
- We can't control music/noise coming from outside our complex or from neighboring beach clubs. 'Playa' is an international tourist spot & our location is fun & lively. The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay! Our complex has quiet hours from 11PM to 9AM for the enjoyment of our guests.
-Sargassum: During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). We cannot predict if & when it will arrive & if it will disrupt the beaches/swimming. The city has placed barriers in the sea & cleans the beach to the best of their ability during sargassum season. We suggest guests research the topic. The beaches will always have a small bit of seaweed that floats in & out. It will not affect your experience or stay in the season from Fall to Spring. Season is over for 2025.
- Halted construction that begun in 2022 has stopped due to permit issues. Should it resume, we will let our guests know. Most guests are not affected by this.
- Power Outages: We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the very rare occasion that service may be out.
*We cannot control the weather, or beach conditions or erosion. We offer a beautiful condo with amazing ocean views, with welcoming staff in an amazing location. Anything outside of this, if not within our control. Our 5 star reviews indicate the level of service we proudly offer!
- Please do not leave your valuables at the pool or beach unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
-This condo only accommodates up to 6 people. No other people are allowed in the condo.
