Spacious one bedroom open-floor plan condo just a short walk to 2 beautiful pools and private beach access. This unbelievable fully furnished, 3rd floor, corner unit condo is located in an ocean front community and has been wonderfully maintained. You will be delighted with the bright, in house atmosphere of which has wood laminated flooring in the main living areas, kitchen & bath, new vinyl flooring in master suite. An en-suite full bath has a shower/tub combination and includes a laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is a cooks delight. Guest can lounge at the eat-in bar, with a drink of choice, while the chef works their magic. Dining seating is for 4 but the extra guest can enjoy the bar seating. You will delight with the awesome entertainment package provided by your owner. Upgraded TV & Internet offer personal protected service.
Pet friendly, one pet max, no aggressive breeds, weight limit 45lbs.

Enter your vacation paradise to a fully equipped kitchen, queen sofa sleeper, fold out single bed, comfortable oversized recliner and large flat screen TV. Step onto the breezy open balcony and take in the ocean beach air and enjoy the beverage of choice while relaxing with the knowledge you are in paradise.

From the comforts of the balcony you step into the master suite from the glass sliding doors to a beautifully furnished bedroom hosted with plush queen bedroom set and flat screen TV for leisure entertainment. en-Suite bath consist of shower/tub combination for that amazing, relaxing time in the condo or out on the town for dinner in one of our great restaurants, fun in a bar or dancing the night away in a great night spot.
(Parents/grandparents check out the children splash park "St. John's County Pier Park" right at the beach/ocean on Beach Blvd.)

Perfect getaway 🌴

This condo had it all, close to the pool, beach and area attractions. The property manager was friendly and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had prior to and during our stay. The condo was well kept and felt like home away from home. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be returning in the future!

The complex was very quiet and clean. We were impressed how relaxing and quiet it was. The walk to the beach is a walk thru the complex to a private gate this made it so easy for our evening walk with our fur baby.

Great value

Condo is bright, clean and well appointed. Comfortable and pet friendly. Complex has easily accessed amenities, we loved the heated pool and lovely beach, also pet friendly 😊 The rental agency, Patty and Harry, were friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit is on the far side of the complex from the beach access, but still a short walking distance. Highly recommended especially for the price.

Our Weekend Getaway- 12/27-12/30/23

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. However, it should be noted that at the time we arrived at the property it had not been cleaned. To the owner's credit, she was very apologetic for the oversight, and they had their cleaning service out to the property within 15-20 min of reporting this to their attention. The unit was cleaned within the hour to our satisfaction. We did find the tv remotes to be a bit tricky and the location was within a close distance to the beach. However, Building A is located off the main road and therefore was a bit noisier than we would've anticipated. The community felt safe, was quite large and it contained many amenities for guests wishing to stay longer. We also found it to be quieter the further back off the road you went. Our stay was relaxing as it was intended for, and we did enjoy working with the owners during the rental booking process. We found Patty to be very attentive and helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and meal preparation. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The manager of the cleaning company missed the clean and he checks behind his cleaners before guests arrive. Unfortunately, it happened but I did pay for you to take your dog and go across the street for dinner while it was cleaned. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay there. I hope you will return, Patty

Not what i expected

We had to cut short our stay from 3 months to 1.5 month, due to family circumstances, I can understand that condos/hotels need to manage their inventory, so i tried to be fair giving Patty my 30 day notice. In 1min after sending an email,(no kidding) i received a warning from my bank, that my credit card have been charged by this host. Unfortunately, Patty was not interested in my situation, she sent a new departure request to leave one week earlier, didn't give my deposit back and she was blaming me for not being able to rerent the place. It was obvious they didn't appreciate me as a customer and my business, didn't care about my experience. It's all about money... The condo was taken off the market only for 2 weeks, and with 30days advance notice, they had a chance to relist the place to make it available. It's not my fault they couldn't rent out the condo. About the place, it's ok for the price. Location is good, on a noisy street though, condo is very small and outdated need TLC. No, i will not be back. I hope my honest review of my experience will help other potential customers to make informed decisions about their stay at this particular establishment.

None of what you are saying is true. You decided you did not want to come back and I had held it off the market for 3 months for you. There was nothing in your contract that stated you could break the contract with a 30 day notice "unless" we could rent it which I tried but was not rented. You are not welcome back. The condo is large for a one-bedroom and very updated. These are the kind of reviews angry people give when they do not get everything they want. It is a shame. Patty

Great stay

The property is easy to get to and has a near by vehicle beach access which is exactly what we wanted. The property is quite expansive so if you are in one of the buildings near the road it’s a good walk to the property beach access. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay.
