Wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for 3 of us staying and would accommodate a few more! The location to the beach was why I picked this and it didn’t disappoint! The owner was quick getting back to any questions I had about our stay!

Perfect Family stay

We had a great time! everything was perfect for our family of 5. Great location to the beach, the pool and game room helped a lot on a rainy day. The owner and property manager had excellent communication and service! Highly recommend.

Great service throughout stay!

Stayed in the condo for 10 days and Angela was very accomadating. Had an issue come up that was out of anyone's control and both Angela and the Condo manager were very helpful and made sure my stay was wonderful! I will definately be back!

Ocean City

Great location with easy access to the beach and places to eat. Quiet clean condo with plenty of space. Having access to an indoor pool and game room was helpful on the few bad weather days we had. Could use an upgrade to the wifi system in the building.

I did check into the wi-fi and the building did spend $2,500.00 this year to upgrade it. The president is checking to see if there was some sort of outage or problem when you stayed. Great location

First time staying at this condo and it worked perfectly for my family. I love the location, close walk to the beach and to many of our favorite restaurants and stomping grounds. The condo itself was clean and a good fit for our family of 4. Having an on-site manager was convenient, making check in and check out easy and everyone who worked there was friendly and kept the whole building clean. The owner is also very responsive in answering emails and questions. Will look in to staying here again!

extended weekend getaway

My family, myself, wife and 11 and 13 year old had a great stay for 3 nights the last weekend in March 21. The property was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The pool and game room were nice features. COVID safety is taken seriously and all staff and guests were wearing masks on the property at all times. We highly recommend the unit, facility and location.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at the beach this year staying in this nice condo. With COVID still in the air and young unvaccinated children we really wanted to spend time at the beach while staying away from the crowds. The kitchen with table and chairs was wonderful for getting takeout food and the place offered children’s games to play and plenty of room to hang around ‘at home’ on a rainy day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and all of the people were pleasant. The beach is so close and not very crowded. Would definitely book here again!

The Marylander was Enjoyed

Though the condo was a bit summer dingy, we were very comfortable. Could have really used a toaster. Time to toss the old fry pans. We would have appreciated better table lamps. The elevator and indoor pool were a big plus!

Hello Krista- Thank you for your feedback. We have the toaster oven on the counter that has a toast setting and there is a standard slice toaster under the sink. Served its purpose but wont return

Was close to the beach entrance and thereafter served its purpose. However, beds were uncomfortable, lights didnt work, and neighbors were loud at all hours.

Hello Angel- I am sorry to hear the beds were uncomfortable. Everyone has different tastes in mattresses. I contacted my office manager and all lights are fully functional, I am not sure what light you are referring to, but would appreciate any info on the light. As far as the neighbors, there is a 24 hour hotline to contact the building manager for any issues or disturbances. If I knew about it I would have addressed it for you. Perfect location!

We had a last minute issue with another rental and thankfully the stars aligned and we found Angela's place on VRBO that had a last minute cancellation. While the site didn't allow us to book for the same night, Angela made it happen! The unit is clean, well equipped, in a great location right at the beach and walking distance to various restaurants. It is a quick drive to anywhere in Ocean City or if you prefer, Fenwick or Bethany it's even closer! We are a family of three and the unit fit us perfectly, we did not use the pull out beds but we could easily have 2 more people in the unit comfortably. We are so happy we found Angela's place and can't wait to return next summer!

Simply not impressed.

We always have low expectations, but this was close to the beach and pretty cheap. But uncomfortably hard beds, terrible hard hotel towels. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black the minute we arrived so we just kept our shoes on the entire stay. Not that the indoor pool was clean or inviting, but when our daughter wanted to swim, the pool was always closed. Despite the accommodations, we had a fantastic vacation in Ocean City!!

I am very sorry you were not impressed. Everyone has always loved our condo! The two queen mattress in the bedroom and the sleep sofa pullouts in the living room are new. I am sorry they were not to your liking. The towels are sent out by the cleaning service and are always soft, fresh and clean. I am again, sorry they were not to your liking. As far as the floor being dirty, there is onsite management, if you would have mentioned it to them, they would have taken care of the problem immediately. The building has a wonderful cleaning staff, many of them have been employed by management for years. We have always been praised by how clean our place and the building is. I will make sure onsite management knows of your issue and looks into it for our future renters. Our beautiful indoor pool is very clean and inviting, the staff cleans the area every evening, spraying down the entire pool deck. It was just redone within the last couple years. Again, I am sorry it was not to your liking. The pool is open until 7:00pm. When the onsite management leaves, the pool is locked for safety reasons. This is pretty typical for hotels in Ocean City. It would not be safe to leave the pool unattended throughout the night. I am glad you had a fantastic stay in Ocean City! Sincerely, Angela

Cozy condo very close to beach access

Aside from an issue that was brought to the owner's attention immediately, my stay was pleasant...until the day before Thanksgiving when a family with loud small children came to stay in the unit above me. Their late night (after 11 p.m.) loud music in the bedroom and their early (5 a.m.) loud talking and TV in the bedroom made my last few days quite unpleasant. Not this owner's fault, just something that I wish hadn't occurred after enjoying such a nice week before this family checked in. I would certainly stay at this condo again due to the quaintness of it and the beach location.

Clean and comfortable condo in a good location

If you prefer a more quiet area of OC over the more crowded potentially partying atmosphere, this comfortable and convenient condo will fit your needs. It is close to the beach and restaurants and parks, and a pool, game room and wi-fi are available onsite. If you really feel that need to be in the midst of the action, the larger bldgs and boardwalk are not that far away. Owner Angela provides excellent communication if there are any problems. I have stayed here before, and I liked it enough to stay again.
