Oceanside Apartment is situated apx. 100 yards from the ocean front. It is located on the first floor of a three story home and consists of a private entrance into a fully fenced back yard . We welcome your pet and there's plenty of shade under the water oaks with chairs for relaxing and a table for dining.
The Den/Kitchen has an open floorplan with an overhead fan and Bright Beachy colors throughout awith two large comfortable chairs and a queen size sleeper couch for curling up and reading your favorite beach book. ( didnt bring one? a library of beach novels and crime stories are located on the den bookshelf). The well stocked kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, drip coffee pot, blender, toaster oven and an electric griddle. The bar cat is stocked with everything you need for making your 5'o clock cocktail and there's a TV with Streaming from Hulu+which includes ESPN and Disney. You may also tune in to your favorite streaming networks through ROKU. No hard to learn remotes in this home! Wifi is available with your own password and TV trays for eating meals while watching TV ( just like home!)
Another TV awaits you in the over sized bedroom with a king size bed with Hotel quality linens and a comfortable sitting area to relax under the ceiling fan.
The bedroom has ample storage and features a walk in closet with plenty of hanging space and shelves for clothes if you care to unpack for your stay.
There is a full bathroom with tub and shower and a vanity stocked with all your needed esentials, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, curling iron and even an emergency kit containg the things you forgot..toothbrush, toothpaste, sunscreen ..you know the drill..you thought you packed everything but the kitchen sink!!!
Oceanside is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bars,an arcade and Kure Beach fishing pier. Also on the bookshelf, you'll find a notebook full of local menus and attractions including Wilmington, Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. A Perfect location for late night strolls on the beach, sea shell, sharks tooth and sea glass explorations in the daytime as well as runs on the beach and ocean swims with your furry friend. Dogs are allowed before 9 am and after 5 pm but be sure they are leashed and you carry everything you need for their safety and sanitary convenience.
Sea turtles nest on our beaches between May and October and if you're lucky you can Watch the baby turtles hatch, go to Turtle Talk at the Boardwalk, tour the NC Acquarium, enjoy sun bathing and water activities. And to round off your trip, visit downtown Wilmington to take in the historic charm of this old seaport city full of culinary cuisine to rival the largest cities and a night life complete with piano bars, speak easys and glimpses into filming locations for many films and TV shows.
