7 Minutes Away from Everything!

As former Alaskans, moving East we knew we had to find a house that felt close to nature, good for visiting guests and with lots of light. Well, we found that house and we love it! With lots of windows and sun exposure, comfortable common space and a big back deck and yard, the house is very conducive to quality time with family and friends.

It's 7 minutes or less to Cornell University , Ithaca College, downtown Ithaca, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and many trailheads, and swimming holes. Wine country surrounds Ithaca, as do hundreds of miles of trails; our house is at the heart of the Finger Lakes!

There are three bedrooms and a fourth lofted bedroom. There is a fifth sleeping area that, each evening, can be converted from a living room to a bedroom with French doors., In total, the house can sleep 8. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The two acre neighborhood park, just beyond the hedgerow, has a large field and playground, great for kids! With the park as your neighbor, and a large backyard, you will have the feeling that you are in the middle of nature when sitting on the back deck barbecuing or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Our guests who come up from the city can't get enough of this!

We love our neighbors and respect the family friendly environment that Dove Drive has. Please take your enjoyment inside by 10 pm so as not to disturb our neighbors. House gathering/party is limited to the registered guests, I.e 8 or less people. Property manager resides in the neighborhood.
