Villa Pano Limni Cottage, Miliou.

Set on the edge of the traditional village of Miliou, Pano Limni Cottage has its own private swimming pool and sun terrace. This quiet villa enjoys an enviable position looking out across the rural landscape, with the village below and the Troodos mountains beyond. A coffee shop can be found in the Village of Miliou. The 5 star luxury of the Ayii Anargyri spa a few minutes walk away and the Amarakos taverna in the nearby village of Akourdaleia.

The villa is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, a DVD player and benefits from broadband internet access which is chargeable on arrival. A library of books, DVD's and CD's are provided for your enjoyment.
You won't want to leave the villa for dinner, however the local tavernas should not be missed as they provide a wide variety of local dishes and wines at a price which will not break the bank and for that after dinner stroll, there are scores of rural trails.


Coast/Beach: Polis beach is a ten minute drive away as are the beaches connecting Latchi with Polis. There are a number of EU designated blue-flag beaches with life-guards on duty.
Latchi's award winning marina is the place to watch the world go by whilst enjoying a sun-downer or meal at one of the many waterside tavernas.

Further attractions:: Delightfully rural for walking, bird- watching, cycling etc. Bikes can be hired locally in Polis or Latchi.
For nature lovers, the conservation area of Lara Bay is a short car journey away. Lara Bay is a protected beach and one of the few areas in the Mediterranean where Loggerhead and Green turtles lay their eggs.
Latchi has watersports in abundance as well as popular, clean beaches and the main town of Polis has all of the facilities required to provide those home comforts to your relaxing escape.

Other Local Villages:: The Paphos region has a number which are within easy access and well worth exploring. Coastal villages such as Argaka and Pomos together with inland villages like Kathikas, Steni and Drouisha offer fresh, local fare at a fraction the cost of the main tourist areas. Many are proud of their heritage and have small museums giving an insight into local crafts and traditions.

Great location, quiet and peaceful!!

The villa is in a great location with lovely hillside views across the surrounding countryside, quiet and peaceful, a wonderful place to relax on holiday. The pool is a great facility for cooling off and the villa itself is very comfortable, furnishings are in good condition and the kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. The covered outdoor space is great for eating in the shade, out of the sun! Overall we had a great two week holiday at the villa and would recommend.

Wonderful holiday villa!

Pano Limni Cottage is a little gem in the gorgeous village of Miliou. Spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, comfy bed and the pool is sparkling and immaculately maintained by Garry. To be honest, we hardly went out as we felt so comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived but if you do want to explore, it's perfectly placed for pretty much everywhere! Lovely views, peaceful location, fab decor and excellent communication with Anne and Garry throughout. Would have no hesitation in staying again!

We had a truly wonderful couple of weeks at this amazing villa. It has everything you could possibly need to make the most of your time there. It is set up in the hills in a quiet and spectacular location - the views are amazing. We spent many hours chilling around the pool watching the wildlife. The villa is well equipped and has a gas barbecue which was a bonus. It is ideally located for visiting Paphos or Polis and Latchi where there are many restaurants and beaches. Anne & Gary are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and are literally only a phone call away if you have any queries. They also provided us with a wonderful welcome pack which was a real treat after a days travelling. Thank you. We would love to come back again soon.

Good but a few tweaks needed

We arrived very late. The owner messaged and said they had left the lights on for us. The welcome pack was very appreciated as we were tired and hungry! The cottage was clean on arrival, the beds comfy. We were only supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel each which wasn’t enough when your using them around the pool and for showering. The towels themselves smelt really musty and we had to wash them. The location of the villa was beautiful with stunning views. The village of miliou was like a ghost town. The taverna was closed. We thought maybe because of the time of year but after speaking to a local neighbour he informed us it has been shut since the covid pandemic. The Ayii Anargyri spa is now called the Secret Forest and was taken over some years ago. It is quite pricey but well worth a visit. I feel the info page needs to be updated. Also no dvd player as stated. No instructions on how to operate the t.v. A few days into our stay the pool man Gary came up to clean the pool. It definitely needed doing. Gary used to manage the property with his wife Anne. They are the ones who are mentioned in all the good reviews. Gary was brilliant , he showed us how to use the t.v and recommend lots of great places to visit and eat. On the whole a nice place just let down by a few things like only supplying enough washing up liquid for one wash and enough hand soap for about two hand washes - seemed a bit penny pinching when you’ve spent so much money on staying in the villa. Also the towel situation wasn’t great. Like I say not major issues but just left a bad taste for us personally.

Everything we wanted/needed. We wanted peace and quiet, away from hustle and bustle and we got that, it was the perfect holiday for us. The villa is full equipped for all your needs. FABULOUS

Alles gut, aber......

Schönes Haus in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage. Gastgeber nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Zur Anreise hatten Sie uns aber mit einem Grundpaket an Lebensmitteln versorgt, was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Leider war es mit der Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht weit her. Geräte wie Mikrowelle und Backofen waren nicht einladend (haben wir aber sowieso nicht benutzt). Der Wasserkocher, der zur Tee,- bzw. Kaffeezubereitung wichtig war, war total verkalkt und ekelig. Gläser, auch die Weingläser waren aus Plastik. Das vermittelt "All inklusiv Feeling" Schade, ansonsten hätten wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Outstanding stay in Miliou

I genuinely cannot fault our experience. We had 2 weeks booked and extended our stay by a week. Anne and Garry made our stay easy and and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The cottage is stunning. Strongly recommended, we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful relaxing break

A wonderful villa in the mountains. Excellent communication with Anne prior to arrival. A lovely welcome pack on arrival. The villa itself was clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing break. Its a short drive to restaurants in Kathlikas and Latchi. Thanks for good recommendations from Gary we enjoyed a lovely lunch at The Last Castle and Molos Restaurant.

Beautiful, relaxing and memorable

Pano Limni Cottage is situated on the hills of Miliou, providing beautiful views of the warm landscape. For us, the location of the villa provided a much needed and wanted peaceful place for rest and relaxation, but is situated ideally with beaches such as Latchi and Coral Bay at our fingertips when desired, with only a 10-15 minute drive. The villa is spacious and very clean with the added bonus of aircon and ceiling fans. The amenities and items supplied for use are spot on, it was like going from home to home. From everything you need in a kitchen to cook a slap up meal with the herbs from the garden to a cool box provided to take supplies for days out. The beds were very comfortable and the entertainment from the books/ DVD's and pool games were very much welcomed. Anne and Garry are so very kind, easy to talk to, helpful and full of information and ideas to top off what we would say was a perfect villa in a perfect location.

Perfect!

From the reassuring friendly emails before we arrived to the personal welcome minutes after our arrival, the Villa is the most comprehensively equipped, home from home we have ever had. The Villa was also very clean and tidy without the smell of bleach to pretend otherwise. The welcome pack was also the most personal & thoughtful ever. What a relief after a long days travelling that we didn't have to go & find a supermarket for milk, bread and coffee etc. (And wine!!) Oh, and slipping between those crisp, cotton sheets, well what more can you ask for. There's a nice friendly taverna just a five minute walk away with traditional local food. The local Spa sulpher spring pools (Ayii Anargyri) are brilliant value midweek and there's a cracking nature trail alongside it. It's a little steep in places but there's three waymarked routes to choose from. Take a walk down to the tavern and turn left, walk about 100y for a brilliant view of the valley. Just up the steep slope behind the Villa is a gravel track that gives breathtaking views of the countryside. Polis Town centre is nice so is Latchi, much quieter than Paphos. Without a doubt we will return.

Sweet Spot - Perfekt für West-Zypern

Sehr gut eingerichtetes, gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage. Paphos in 25 min, Polis in 15 min per Auto erreichbar. Taverne im Dorf zu Fuss in 5 min. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen hier sehr genossen und können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Cyprus Heaven

Pano Limni offers one a modern villa in arguably the best location in all of Cyprus. .. the local village is so friendly and the taverns so inviting with absolutely delicious traditional food. The sea and major centers are just 10 or 15 minutes away in either direction and the surrounding valley has us thinking of the Garden of Eden. The villa itself, with amazing pool, is fully modern and equipped and a delight to stay in. This villa is a must if you want to experience the best Cyprus has to offer in a traditional rural village but in the lap of luxury with fantastic authentic Cypriot experiences all within a short drive. The manager was present and helpful in all our requests/inquiries and the variety and of experiences offered within easy day trips was a big plus for this location. This was one of our top three experiences anywhere in the world that we have travelled as seasoned, retired travelers - you won't be disappointed in any respect if you choose Pano Limni Cottage.

Hot Lazy Days...

I have been to this Villa every year for the past 5 years with my wife and two young boys and it never disappoints. The views are amazing, the local tavern is friendly with fantastic food and the hot lazy days by the pool are priceless… The location feels more secluded than the 10 minute drive to other restaurants, local shops and beaches might suggest making it perfect for spending quality time together. The facilities are fantastic. The downstairs of the Villa is modern, light and spacious flowing nicely onto the sun terrace where we spend most of our time. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and although each room has air-conditioning, we prefer to use the celling mounted light fans that are fitted in each room. Nearby, neither Polis nor Latchi beach have been exploited by tourism yet! Both have a few great restaurants catering for families.
