Superb Villa and Location

We stayed at Villa Arsinoe Finiki for two weeks in April 2025. The villa is within walking distance of the excellent restaurants and small supermarket in Latchi, plus 10 minutes drive from the large supermarket in Polis. It has sea views fromthe bedrooms and a lovely garden area, BBQ and unheated pool. The rooms are spacious and it was a fantastic base for our trip to Cyprus. Highly recommended.

I wish I had longer here!

Myself and my fiancé really enjoyed our stay at Sofronio’s place, everything was as described in the photos and very clean and tidy upon arrival. Sofronio was incredibly helpful through messages whenever I had any questions. The house is beautiful inside and out and located in a perfect area, many restaurants and shops and places to see. I wish I had longer here!

Better villa than described!!

Absolutely loved the villa and the area!!! The villa has an additional shower room, with WC, than advertised. Only issues: towels a bit small, needs lower rung on ladder into pool, sandwich toaster doesn’t work and wrong adapter on coffee maker. Lovely friendly cats!!! Will be booking for next year 😊

Good villa for groups and families

The pictures doesn t do the villa justice. Really big pool and outdoor space for BBQ. Rooms are spacious; and added benefits of three bathrooms. We had a small issue with one of the window blind; which got resolved after a bit of confusion. wasn't expecting to pay extra for air conditioning downstairs.

Lovely peace and quiet

Quiet, just wonderful and pretty. Lots of lovely animals and plants. Wonderful view. Was surprised at the size of the grounds, lovely to see fruit bats flapping about at night. Cant fault it at all especially for what we paid. Nothing really, it was just great!

Great value

The location of the villa was excellent, set close to a handful of properties available through EOS but with enough privacy and surrounded by olive, lemon and orange farms. Still just 10 minutes walk to Latchi harbour.Communication with EOS was fantastic and I would not hesitate to use the company again and recommend them to anyone thinking of booking.

Very enjoyable holiday

Very spacious property. It looked as though it had originally been 2 separate properties with kitchenette between the bedrooms which was very strange but not an issue. The bedrooms were spacious. We didn't really spend time inside the property but for people visiting during winter months i would suggest the lounge is made more inviting. The outside pool area is lovely with BBQ which is also a lovely touch. The gardens are amazing with the amount of fruit and vegetables growing but could do with tidying up. On arrival the property was very clean. There was no paperwork/instructions in the house but i suspect this was due to COVID. There was no hairdryer and we had an issue with the safe but once we messaged the company they sent someone over to sort these things out. We enjoyed where it was as we liked the walk into Latchi and back again with full stomachs and also only 8-12 euros into Polis for even better restaurants. My only criticisms would be is that they need to have better wine glasses. Also there was some confusion/miscommunication about when we were leaving so the cleaner arrived the day before we left whilst we were relaxing by the pool. On the whole we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place if there are a few families as you could have a house each.

Lovely villa and location

Lovely well positioned villa with all you need for a self catering villa holiday yet only 15 mins walk into the main resort centre. The villa was so clean and the pool is fantastic and always so clean. We have had many villa holidays but we rate this no1. Loved it and will return.

Sonnige Entspannung

Das Haus liegt strandnah mit sehr viel Grün (Obstbäume) rundherum und bietet alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub auf der Insel Zypern. Auf Sauberkeit und Handtuch-Wechsel wird großen Wert gelegt. Der Swimming-Pool wird mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt und hat eine Größe, die auch das Schwimmen für Erwachsene möglich macht. Lediglich der Einstieg/Ausstieg in den Swimming-Pool über eine Leiter mit zwei Sprossen ist, selbst für Erwachsene, schwer zu realisieren. Die Küche bietet mit 2 Kochplatten eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten zum Kochen und auch die Ein- und Ausschaltfunktion müsste dringend instand gesetzt werden. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr zum empfehlen.

Lovely Villa but noisy!

We mostly enjoyed the stay at the villa. The outside space is amazing and very well looked after. Inside is a bit dated and we would have liked some more comfy chairs/sofa in the lounge. Everything was clean but basic and unfortunately there were a lot of ants in the kitchen which made preparing food tricky. The main downside of the stay was the incessant barking of dogs at night time and this did ruin the time we spent here. On 4 nights we were kept awake between 2am and 7am. There are so many good points with the villa but unfortunately we wouldn't stay again as we need our sleep!

Great house in a lovely location.

Property is lovely and as described. Pool was maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. House was great with some lovely, distance views of the sea and there was lots of room outside to enjoy. House was a short drive or not too long a walk (in the heat!) to Latchi harbour where there was some lovely restaurants to choose from all serving great, local food and a variety of dishes to suit most tastes and ages. Owners are very attentive and helpful. Great house, great location and all the people were very friendly.

Paradise

We have been visiting Cyprus for over 10 years and stayed at Villa Arsinoe on numerous occasions.We have never been disappointed with our stay, the Villa is a perfect place for rest and relaxation but still close enough to amenities. It is in a beautiful location and well kept and looked after. We found it to be our 'little piece of paradise'.If you stay in this Villa (and we highly recommend it) you will not be disappointed.

Quiet, pretty location

This is an attractive villa with views, located amongst orange trees, a pleasant stroll from the little harbour of Latchi and its many restaurants. It is very clean with a well kept pool and gardens and comfortable beds. There were a few inconveniences however which affected the enjoyment of our stay. We were unable to make full use of the ensuite bathrooms upstairs as the water pressure only provided a trickle of hot water so we had to be content with showering downstairs. We were also not comfortable with using bins for the toilet tissue as requested, rather than flushing it away. It was extremely cold during our stay, but there was no provision for heating which influenced the enjoyment of our experience. To get the best from this property it is best visited during the hot season to make full use of the lovely pool area.
