This holiday cottage is located in calm surroundings ca. 300 metres from one of Denmark's most fabulous beaches. It has a functional room division, with the swimming pool room in one end of the house and the bedrooms in the other. This house would perfectly suit two families sharing. The well-fitted kitchen is in open plan with the spacious living room, from where there is a good view of the activities in the swimming pool room through the large glass windows. The living room also has a direct exit to the large terrace and garden. All bedrooms are spacious and with pleasant furniture. The attractive swimming pool room will certainly become the epicentre of family activities. It is provided with a swimming pool with a counter current system, a whirlpool for a relieving body massage and a sauna for relaxation after a long and active day. Free admittance to water park and bowling. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
