Well-structured activity house located on a sheltered natural plot with dunes in walking distance to the city life and the beautiful white sand beach that is the signature of Blåvand. The house suits both one or several families sharing with good space and facilities for 18 persons. The house has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms as well as a large mezzanine, all decorated in a good and modern style, and several rooms have TV, DVD player and activity game consoles for Nintendo Wii U and PlayStation3. There are TVs in the activity room, on the mezzanine as well as in the family-dining room. One of the bathrooms has a prefilled 6-8 people whirlpool and a spacious sauna. Both kids and grown-ups alike will enjoy the activity room that has e.g. table football, billiards and table tennis. There are several terraces surrounding the house where you can enjoy nature in the garden furniture. Surrounding the house are several tile terraces with garden furniture. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Due to the size of the house the price for cleaning deviates from the listed prices. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
