Escape and take a vacation in sunny Ixtapa, Mexico at Bay View Grand. Enjoy the newest premier condominium privately owned and located right on the beach. It is located in the modern tourist resort of Ixtapa on El Palmar Beach, it is only 25 minutes by car from the Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa International Airport.

This luxurious condominium has an open floor plan, 1685 square feet which includes a 300 square foot balcony larger than any other 2 bedroom condos on other floors with full lounge chairs and patio furniture. This fully-equipped condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, and a washroom with washer and dryer. TVs with cable. Table for eight people . We also feature comfortable terrace furniture including 2 relaxing lounge chairs. We have many other extras.

Bay View Grand features Infinity pools, hot tubs, and a full service pool bar and restaurant. There is something for everyone; game-room, spa, and exercise room and golf at the near Palmar Real Golf Course, located across the street at extra fees.

Victor and Martha’s condo is beautiful and very clean and comfortable.

This two bedroom, two bath condo is lovely. The kit is well equipped and the living areas very comfortable. The beautiful patio looks out over the pool and out to the ocean beyond. You can hear the waves from the condo. The area around the condo is quite walkable with lots of shops and restaurants. Victor and Martha were very responsive to all our questions and they had a beautiful floral and fruit bouquet awaiting us upon our arrival. A lovely start to our Christmas trip!

Christmas in ixtapa

This was our first trip to Ixtapa and it was great! The condo was terrific. Very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect with a private beach for residents and tons of restaurants, shopping and activities nearby (walking distance). Owners were amazing. Super responsive and helpful. Hopefully we can enjoy Christmas there again in the future!

Beautiful property!!!

One of our best vacations yet. Condo was beautiful, spacious and has a breath taking view of the ocean and pool. We were impressed by how well maintained the building, including our condo, was. Staff was very friendly and always able to help. The condo is in a great location within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and grocery store. It has a private beach that we were able to enjoy everyday along with many water activities right outside. I highly recommend staying at this condo for a relaxing vacation and we cannot wait to come back.

Spectacular vacation, wonderful condo!

I stayed at Marta and Victor's in October, and it was wonderful. Their new king mattress was heavenly, and they couldn't have been nicer. We really enjoyed sitting out on their terrace–we were at another condo, and Martha's terrace was SO much bigger! It was very comfortable, and the entire property is heavenly.

Amazing

Best vacation ever! As we reached the gate to the condo, we were met by the security who welcomed us to our home for the week. The condo's fully furnished, open live-in area and fully stocked kitchen, private patio overlooking one of two swimming pools that face the beach, was amazing!! The beds were comfortable with plenty of room and private bathrooms. We enjoyed walks on the maintained beaches, swam many hours in the warm water, and experienced the most beautiful sunsets only seen in photos. Walking distance to souvenir shops, restaurants, banks, and a short drive or bus ride to snorkeling, downtown, more great restaurants and night life. I highly recommend anyone interested in renting to book this one, you won't be disappointed.

The condo is perfectly situated with easy access to shopping and eclectic and very affordable restaurants. The staff at the hotel is top notch..courteous, helpful, extremely friendly, and speak English very well. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. Given the fact that the condos are all privately owned you don't get the rowdy and unruly vacationers you find at most hotels. The majority of the condo owners are Canadian and they are friendly, courteous and very respectful. The condo is beautiful and spacious and it has a gourgeous view of the pool and restaurant area and the view of the beach is fantastic, especially the sunsets. We can't wait to go back and we are telling our family and friends about our most memorable experience.

What we like the most about our stay where the spectacular views of the ocean and landscape . The beach was located right outside the pool deck. The pool area had a quite relaxing atmosphere. The condo was newly furnished and well kept. We were within walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Sightseeing and adventure were right outside your condo. No need to travel far. This was a great convenience for a disabled person.

Best place to spend New Year's

Fun place to unwind after the Holidays and wrap up your year. The New Years dinner, dance and firework display on the beach was spectacular. Would definitely recommend to everyone that wants to relax and get away. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need.

Best trip ever!

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home. So much to do around town or lay on the beach and do nothing at all. This was the most relaxing trip I have ever taken, can't wait to go back.

Best vacation spot ever!

Beachfront 2nd floor condo, beautiful view of the ocean, courtyard, and infinity pools with plenty of seating on the beach or deck. So romantic to hear the waves rolling in on a beautiful moonlit night! Excellent food....snorkeling...deep sea fishing....the highlight was watching sea turtles hatching and making their march back to their sea home! Great shopping and dancing, musical entertainment....open air beachfront restaurants. Very safe environment, and the locals are very friendly and helpful. The staff at Bay View Grand go out of their way to make your stay most enjoyable!

Ixtapa trip

If you are looking for a great place to relax and unwind this place is perfect. Right on the beach, exceptionally clean, wonderful staff. Best place to visit in Mexico. I felt safer there then where I live. Most every place is within walking distance. Excellent food, people are friendly. Inexpensive great deep sea fishing trips, had a great time and caught 2 sail fish and Mahi Mahi. Have been to this condo 6 times and will definitely be back.

Colorado Sun Seeker

We had a wonderful week at this property. It started before we arrived with lots of info and input from the owners. The condo is as pictured and then some. The pictures do not do justice to the view - nor sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee in hand (as I am doing now). Everything is here - or across the street. So if you want to cook in - the utensils are at hand. If you don't want to cook - lots of restaurants across the street. It is our first trip to Ixtapa but not our first to Mexico. This is like a lot of other places - 15-20 years ago! We will be back and hope to stay here again. Thanks to the owners and the Bay View Grand for a great annual beach retreat.

What a lovely condo! The ...

What a lovely condo! The terrace is fantastic - because it's on the 2nd floor, it's much deeper than other floors and we had breakfast every day outside. The owners were extremely helpful, and we would stay here again in a second! We highly suggest staying here, and at Bay View Grand in general – can't wait to go back!

We hadn't used VRBO befor...

We hadn't used VRBO before, so were a little worried, and didn't know what we would find. We were thrilled to see that the photos online didn't do the condo justice! It was so comfortable and the owners really take wonderful care of it. We loved the hot tub on the terrace (and the terrace IS SO much larger than the other ones!). Bay View Grand is truly beautiful, and very well cared for. The entire property is very clean and safe, and gorgeous ocean views. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

Our condo has a terrace which is larger than any other 2 bedroom condos. We also updated our kitchen with an unbelievable ocean view. On our balcony we have full lounge chairs .
