Relax in the huge living room or at the terrace that sits practically above the ocean.

Come the evening and watch the sunset from the main terrace or enjoy it from your private jacuzzi. Being so close to the sea you get to sleep to the soothing sound of the waves.

COOK: We have an excellent cook, specialized in seafood, you can hire for an extra fee. Ask me about it to give you all the details.

AMENITIES: Bay View Grand Residential is the perfect blend of comfort, luxury and security. It has 2 huge pools and jacuzzis in the common areas and a seafood restaurant at affordable prices. Choose your favorite palapa a few steps from the sea to spend the afternoon. If you wish, you can also access, for a very decent extra charge, a spa area with steam room, indoors jacuzzi, gym and tennis court.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Bay View Grand Residential complex is right across the street from the "Mercado de Artesanías" (Artisan Market). A short walk away you can find several good restaurants as well as a decent sized supermarket. For big supermarket you need to go to Zihuatanejo, which is a 15 minute drive.

INTERNET: The apartment has a 20 MB internet. The infrastructure needed for high-speed internet is slow in the area but we are trying our best to make it happen soon.

BRACELETS: Upon arrival the residential will charge for a bracelet that identifies you during your stay. The cost is a one-time payment of $350 pesos per adult and $200 per child (between 4 and 12 years old).
