Recently built, Villa Giada is a glamorous house in the Mediterranean style with a gorgeous sea view, situated about 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of Southern Salento in Torre Pali and 3 km from the renowned "Maldives of Salento". The heart of the house is the living/dining room with a beautiful barrel-vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, a dining table and couches, which gives access to the two different areas of the house. On one side is a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom situated in a typical trullo-shaped room with an ensuite bathroom/shower. On the other side are two bedrooms with barrel-vaulted ceiling, of which 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (2 double French beds) sharing a bathroom/shower. Outside, a masonry staircase leads to the terrace/sunroof.

The front of the house features a gorgeous sea view and a shaded patio with garden furniture, whereas at the back there is an equipped outdoor dining area with table, masonry barbeque and sink as well as a comfortable outdoor shower. It features also a well-kept vegetable garden. The property is set in large private grounds surrounded by dry stone walls, with a lush Mediterranean vegetation.

Pets are allowed at an extra charge of € 50,00 each. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged € 180.00, to be paid upon arrival.

Please know that, as provided by the law, from June 01st to September 30th a € 1,35 tourist tax is due per person per day, up to 7 consecutive days. Children under the age of 18 are exempt.
