Welcome to The B.E.A.C.H.H.! (Beach Escape And Condo at Hilton Head)

If you're looking for a beautiful beach getaway, The B.E.A.C.H.H. at Hilton Head Resort is a lovely choice. The Hilton Head Resort boasts two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, six lighted tennis courts, two restaurants (one poolside, one beach side), a gift shop with bike rentals, beach volleyball court, outdoor picnic tables and grills, a gated entrance, 24/7 security, and even beach front restrooms! The actual beach is accessed by a short stroll down a boardwalk over beautiful marshlands, but if you don't feel like walking, there is a shuttle available. Once on the beach, you'll find Coco's, an island themed restaurant with a full bar and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you're a golfer, take a break from the beach and swing some clubs at the Robert Trent Jones golf course next door!

Each unit at Hilton Head Resort is privately owned. Our condo is not just an investment, it is our family vacation home. As such, you are ensured that it will always be in good condition, and our hope is that you will feel like you are staying at a friend's place. Our condo is a non-smoking condo (including the screened in porch area) and smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the resort.

Fresh linens (towels and sheets) are provided at the beginning of your stay as well as a starter quantity of essentials such as paper towels and toilet tissue.

With relaxing views of the beach and dunes, our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, (located in Building 2) which sleeps up to 6, is the perfect destination for your beach vacation. Bathed in soothing hues from the ocean our condo is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a 40" flat screen television and other amenities to mimic the comforts of home when you're not on the beach or exploring the island. Come ready to relax and enjoy The B.E.A.C.H.H., our Beach Escape And Condo @ Hilton Head!

The location of this property is ideal. It has a private boardwalk to the beach and a grocery, restaurants and shops are right across the street. The amenities are wonderful. There are 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise room, volleyball, tennis and pickle ball courts, a bar and grill and a small store. You rarely need to leave the property for anything.

Upon arrival, no parking pass. Owner responsive. Condo view was nice. Enjoyed the lagoon, marsh, and ocean views. Furniture is very outdated, mismatched and not comfortable. Kitchen is extremely small. lacks ample storage space, but did have all necessary small appliances. Cleaning products for bathrooms would be beneficial. Would like tv in master bedroom. Cute beachy decorations throughout condo.

Hilton Head Resort

I love the location of the property. The resort amenities are very nice. I love the boardwalk beach access. The Beach Bear has great food and so does Coco's. The resort is older and some things are a little dated but the location and amenities make up for it.

Nice stay at an affordable price

Overall we had a good stay. The unit had everything we needed. The couch was a little uncomfortable but everything else we have no complaints. We would stay here again.

Great for small group.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is an older HHI resort. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Out granddaughters had a great time.

Great room and amazing view!

Loved the room and the view was amazing! Saw a few alligators, got golf cart rides to the beach, great pool areas and food. Love how close to the beach it was. Great service. Make sure you check out at 10am!

Wonderful vacation

I’ve stayed in Hilton Head Resort many times, and this is one of the nicest condos I’ve rented. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. The beds are very comfortable. Great view. I would stay here again.

Vacay at the Beachh

We stayed in this unit last year and were very pleased. It didn’t let us down this year!!! Wonderful Unit! The Host Kim is very personable and quick to reply with any questions. We had a wonderful time and 4th of July!

Love Hilton Head. Condo was cute. Nice view of Ocean from balcony. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and cart , made the beach experience convenient. Notified owner of a need and was taken care of promptly. Would return again.

Beautiful & Convenient Stay

Kim & her mother were excellent hosts! They were very responsive and helpful during the entire stay. This Condo is absolutely wonderful and has such amazing views! Check in & out were so easy. The location is very convenient in relation to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants! This place has everything you need! My coworkers and I stayed here for an entire month and felt at home. The laundry room is located on the same floor as the condo and takes debit/credit cards. There’s a private pool (indoor & outdoor), gym, and mini restaurant all within walking distance! I will definitely be using this place in the future anytime I come to HHI!

Island Life was great at HHR

This villa is equipped with everything you need. Very thoughtful owner, easy to deal with. Best view at HHR! Remember when you stay at HHR, it's not a hotel, it's an apartment complex with on site grill, tiki bar, pools, tennis...everything you need...but, if you are used to a hotel concierge and daily turn down service, this is not the place for you. We loved it, met nice people, enjoyed all the amenities and will be back, for sure!!

Perfect Getaway!

This trip was a girls getaway for some college friends and myself (all teachers) who wanted to stay in a clean place (preferable a condo) that offered a pool and was close to the beach. This particular condo offered that and more! It was roomy and clean - met our expectations. The resort itself was a little rundown and though the boardwalk to the beach was nice, it was still a bit of a distance to the ocean. All in all, for the money spent, I would say it was a success! We would stay there again.

Lovely location, beautiful views from balcony

We enjoyed our visit, the owner was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. My only suggestions would be for whoever owns the actual resort, the outdoor pool near the deli was gross, water was cloudy. We were fortunate to discover the outdoor pool by the last building, never crowded and crystal clean. The building is old, I am very sensitive to mold and my allergies flared up bid time. Beach was perfect, the kids loved playing in the tide pools, the sand is super soft...no rocks or seaweed. We saw some dolphins swim by and a sting ray as well. Food was great at the deli & beach side restaurant. So many options within driving distance too. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location, but...

Great location and we really enjoyed the beach. Beach is beautiful and seems to be really well maintained. The walk is not bad and they do offer a shuttle if you are willing to wait. The resort/room could use some TLC though. The pools are in need of repair and/or cleaning. Seemed to come across a lot of debris while swimming in both the pools we used. Maybe there was a filter issue as they drained the one pool our last day. Laundry is pretty limited so be advised of that. I believe there were a couple machines in a few locations in each building. Nothing is in the unit. The bar/restaurant in the resort was quite good though. We had some issues in the room. The "rain" type shower head fell and hit my daughter. What didn't sit really well with me was the response I received. It was only stated that she was unaware of a problem, not asking about or apologizing for what happened to my daughter. Shower head was fixed the next day. Towels were wet, which was again remedied the next day. Ice maker/water dispenser at the fridge did not work, this was never fixed, I believe it was only due to the filter needing to be changed. Probably one of the most petty VRBO experiences I have had was this place and the toilet paper. We were there for 3 nights with 6 people and had 2 rolls of toilet paper. I was told that only enough is provided to get started. I have never had to run out and buy TP prior to a VRBO rental. Definitely not a deal breaker but again its inconvenient. The fire stick was missing from the TV in the bedroom. Judging from the guest book and other reviews its been gone for a while. Her security deposit is also quite high. After our stay it was stated that it would be returned in 2 weeks and that is VRBO's policy. This has not been my experience as once we have checked out and the owner verified no issues existed the funds were returned, without asking and/or pushing. Based on our experience with the owner I pushed to get the funds returned as soon as she verified there was not any damage or incidentals with the resort. The funds were returned, only after some pushing on my end. Essentially the 2 week policy is most likely VRBO automatically sending the funds back. The owner can do it manually once they are satisfied. Our experience overall with the location was great but the resort and room could definitely use some work.

Hi Dan- Thank you for the review. We work quickly to attempt to resolve any and all issues and am happy we were able to resolve them though it is unfortunate that there were any to begin with. It is noted in the reservation information that, unlike hotels, we stock the condo with enough essentials to get you started for your stay. Stays can vary in length and for short stays what is provided can be enough but for other stays or larger groups it doesn’t last as long but it is indicated in the property information. Your deposit inquiry on how long before it would be before it was returned was sent as you advised that you all were leaving the property. I communicated what was accepted in the terms when you made your reservation. l also advised what might go into the time frame. Once it was clear that you were pushing for it to be returned prior to the agreement timeline, it was then expedited after pushing to confirm there were no fines or issues incurred in less than a week. There are two options for insurance/deposits when booking the property. There is an insurance policy option that is a substantially lower amount but that gives coverage at the same value as the straight deposit. Both options give us comparable coverage for potential damages that could occur, which is just us trying to protect our second home and investment. Again, thank you for your comments and I wish you the best in your future visits to the island.

Dur réveil pour les couche tards car dès 6:30 les enfants courrent et crient devant nos portes... De plus, cette année de jeunes fêtards gueulaient littéralement à 4h du matin alors que nous dormions les fenêtres ouvertes. Finalement des travaux de rénovation de condo empoisonnient l' atmosphère paisible que nous connaissions les années passées. Faudrait appliquer des règles plus respectueuses concernant le respect des autres locataires!

Nice stay for a weekend getaway.

The villa was great for a weekend getaway. A couple of minor issues, but overall did not affect our stay greatly. One problem we had was the ice maker was not working, could not figure out how to turn it on, and never got response from host as how to operate. Had no ice for 4 days, but we made do. Also bed in master room was small, squeaky, and not as comfortable as desired. Sofa in living room not very comfortable as cushions sank down into area where sleeper is located. Overall was a nice stay with easy walk to the beach. The resort amenities were nice.

Great stay!

Condo was really cute, looked recently updated. Property itself is older but looks well maintained. Easy walk to the beach and several pools on property. About the middle of the island so an easy drive or bike ride to anywhere. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again.

Very enjoyable!

We enjoyed our time at this property! The view is so nice and you can hear the waves. The boardwalk to the beach was a little long for my 4 year old but we did bring her bike which helped a ton (but I saw bikes are only permitted on the boardwalk off season). As for the unit, there isn’t much extra space to hang beach towels out to dry since you can’t hang on the porch railing. Next time I’d bring an expandable drying rack. Also, the washer/dryer is a community one which is fine, I just hadn’t noticed it wasn’t in the unit itself. I think it could feel tight with 4 adults or older kids but was fine for our young family of 4. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo!!

Oh my gosh, we can't say enough about how great this place is and the owners. The resort is a little outdated on the outside, but this condo has had some nice updates inside. Location is great! Plenty of restaurants, golf courses, stores, kayaking etc.... within minutes. It is about a quarter mile walk along the boardwalk to the beach. Beach access is perfect, it is a public beach, but has limited access to the public so there are way fewer people in this area then other parts of the beach. We had a few questions for the owner when we arrived and they answered immediately. They provided beach towels, swim noodles, boogie board, cooler and beach cart. The pictures online represent the unit well. The screened in patio is very nice and it is one of the few units in the resort that has a great view of the ocean. Can't go wrong staying here in our opinion.

Short weekend, relaxing condo.

We had no issues getting into the room and getting all settled in. We cooked every night and everything we need cooking wise was available. We had 7 people with us, 3 kids and they loved it. It was great being able to view the ocean in the morning from the room. Will definitely be using this again

A good stay

This property was nice, a little small in the bathroom area and only a small couch for seating of 6 people. The walk to the beach will definitely give you your exercise for the day, but still a nice place at the beach.

Good stay!

Overall good stay! We chose this property because the owner offered beach gear, including towels, umbrella, wagon, etc. Because we were traveling from the west coast, this was really important. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. A few light bulbs were out in the living room and the refrigerator had blue tape holding together a few shelves. The furniture is worn. The unit could use some refreshing, but the view from the balcony is amazing! Close to the boardwalk to get the beach! Kids had a good time and so did the parents. Like a previous reviewer stated, Pool in Bld 4 was smaller, but the water was more clear! Pool in Bldg 1 was extremely cloudy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July stay. The property was conveniently located to the beach, but had a peaceful atmosphere without a hustle and bustle feel. All communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Wonderful view. Great amenities

Condo was very clean. It was in a good location for anywhere you want to go on the island. The condo is in walking distance of amenities that you would want to do on the resort.
