Incredible beach house just minutes from Greenport!

This freshly renovated home is a dream family vacation spot. It's private and quiet with enough space to get comfortable—four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, set on a sunny, fenced-in acre of land in a cul-de-sac.

The setup is perfect for low-key entertaining: Gourmet eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless steel gas appliances; (semi) formal dining room; big open-concept great room with wood-burning fireplace. Outside, there's a stone patio and pool, including outdoor dining for 10 and a new grill. Plus safety fence for kids around the pool.

The master suite has a king-size bed and renovated marble master bath, including double sinks, open rain shower, and stand-alone soaking tub.

There's also a second master for a two-family trip.

Location is prime: A three-minute drive or easy bike ride to & Shelter Island ferry. Exclusive deeded access to a beautiful beach right across the street—perfect for everything from paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing off the pier and swimming with kids. You're also a mile from the North Fork's most gorgeous public beach between East Marion and Orient. Close proximity to spots like Kontekosta Winery, North Fork Table & Inn, Four and Sang Lee Farms.

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful rental house! The property was immaculate, and every detail was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and fun. The house had everything we needed and more, making our stay both enjoyable and stress-free. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Great North Fork House

This house has everything you need for a great North Fork vacation -- location, privacy, beautiful backyard and pool & a roomy comfortable house with everything you need right there. My family of adults & 2 under age 2 grandchildren enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nice House, Great Location

Ty's house was the perfect mix of beachy getaway for a family and convenient getaway for everyone else. A comfortable, well appointed home near local wineries, farmers markets, golf course and minutes to the center of Greenport town. The huge backyard and pool made it a home run for families with young children. With a couple of upgrades to some appliances and Grill and this is a full "5".

Great vacation spot for families with kids

Beautiful house in a convenient location. Being able to walk to the beach and having a pool at the house was perfect. It was a short drive to Greenport (under 10 min). The kids loved the carousel and local playgrounds. The adults loved the cute town of Greenport and the close proximity to numerous wineries. Ty was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

East Marion Home

Lovely, spacious, comfortable home in East Marion. Clean and well-equipped with all necessities. Great location-just a short drive to restaurants, markets, beaches and wineries. Few minutes to Greenport Center. Easy contactless check-in and check-out. Owner, Ty, was responsive and courteous. Our family had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and accommodating house/ great back yard!

This house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The House was well-taken care and roomie. The back yard was large and the saltwater pool was fantastic. Overall we loved our week at this location and would come back again.

A wonderful home with a superb host

We've stayed in the North Fork several times and Ty's home was our favorite experience. Ty is extremely communicative and attentive and the home and location was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely be back.

Amazing vacation house!

This is the perfect vacation house for a family. Lots of space to spread out (inside and outside). Ty could have not have been more wonderful. He was so responsive with any and all questions , and made our stay extra special. The location is perfect - just a few steps to the beach (with a cute playground), and a short drive into the town of Greenport where you can find anything else you need. Highly recommend this property!!

GREAT STAY

The house is large, open and bright. The yard is huge. We saw deer, wild turkeys and rabbits almost daily. Many beaches and farm stands to explore within 30 minutes drive. Town of Greenport is only 7 minutes away.

Great house with gorgeous yard and pool

This was a perfect house for 2 families with young kids. The yard and pool are like a little private oasis surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The house itself gets great light and was very clean. Also so close to Greenport and walking distance to a cute little beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway for friends and family

I didn't know what to expect before we got to the house, but I have to say that I am far beyond satisfied with the home, property and amenities! Even though the weather was starting to turn towards fall temperatures, the owner graciously kept the heated pool open for our enjoyment. I can't recommend this home enough if you want to find a nice secluded place to get away for anywhere from a weekend to a few weeks! My only complaint is that we didn't stay there longer. I will definitely keep this place in mind for our next getaway! Thanks!!

Perfect house for a family and friends

My wife and two daughters had a wonderful month at Ty's house. It was our third year in the North Fork and by far our favorite. The heated pool was a daily routine, the very large and fenced in yard was a safe space for my kids and dog to run around. We loved sitting outside every night to watch the stars. The house was big enough for us to have at max 8 guests in addition to our family of 4. Great summer, cant wait for 2018. Thanks Ty!

Wonderful stay in this spacious home close to all!

My family took the ferry over from New London and we drove out from Long Island to spend the weekend at this beautiful home...there were 6 adults and 3 toddlers...the house was more than enough space for us...it is simply yet thoughtfully decorated...lovely kitchen and huge new master bath...very close to all...5 minutes to downtown Greenport...2 minutes from Kontokosta vineyard...we got breakfast at the Hellenic snack bar which is pretty much across the street...we would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting the North Fork!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

My family and I stayed here in August 2016. We had a wonderful stay. The house was in perfect condition. The pool really made the vacation special. Close to the town, very cool landlords, reasonable price...all made for a wonderful stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We are an area family that loves the North Fork and spending our time together. There is so much to do in the area, so we are always on the move between the house, beach, Greenport (restaurants, shopping, walking around) and the farm stands.

The only problem is not having enough time to do it all.
