Quintessential Cape Cod Cottage

My cottage is close to Harding's & Ridgevale beach, Chatham farmer market, convenience stores, restaurants and sandwich shops and just two miles from downtown Chatham. You'll love my place because of the coziness and simplicity of a typical cape cod cottage. Great for couples, solo adventurers and small families. There is a very pleasant outdoor shower, deck and hammock for your outdoor enjoyment too.My partner and Live in a separate cottage on the property and are available for any questions you may have otherwise we will respect your privacy . Having lived in Chatham for forty years I can make lots of recommendations of ā€œmust doā€ while you are here.

Beautiful place, everything you need

This place was beautifully updated and decorated, cozy, and stocked with beach chairs, towels, tons of outdoor seating, and a great outdoor shower. The host was responsive and the place was clean. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was quaint, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was absolutely perfectā€”close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Weā€™d definitely come back again!

Rosieā€™s Cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The cottage had all the amenities that you could want. It was very clean and neat. Rosie had fresh flowers throughout the house. The outside area was area was very quiet in private. The gardens made it so peaceful back there. You felt like you were in your own backyard.We would not hesitate to return. She and her friend were gracious hosts.

Idyllic private setting

Nestled off of Route 28 in a tree and flower-filled dead end, you will find a cozy and comfortable cottage with a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard is the star here, with beautiful hydrangea and fragrant lilies. There is a canopied shady seating area, fire pit, and sunny large deck with great furniture, dining table, and grill. The host keeps the bird feeder filled, and you can enjoy their song while the chipmunks play tag. One bedroom is very large, and the second is adequate although it would benefit from removal of the large glass-front bookcase. It's nice that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room for privacy. The hosts are lovely, and although they are located next door, you can only see their house from the larger bedroom. Ample parking. Pick up your pies at Marion's on the way in. Their lobster roll is legit.

Charming Cape Cod Cottage ~ Great Location & Outdoor Space

My husband, 1 year old son, and I recently stayed at this quintessential Cape Cod cottage. The cottage itself is so charming and is beautifully appointed. The cottage has everything! Linens, towels, beach gear, anything and everything one would need in a kitchenā€”we were so impressed. The outdoor space is amazing! There's a great outdoor shower, fire pit with adirondack chairs, grill, patio set, lovely landscaping and flowers, as well as outdoor string lights. The location of this cottage was ideal. Just a few minutes from downtown Chatham and 10 minutes from Harwich Port. We already said we'd plan to rent this cottage again next summer!

My husband and I had the most wonderful weekly stay at Rosarieā€™s cottage. She was very warm, friendly, and had excellent communication with us throughout the entire rental process. The cottage was adorable, decorated with cute little touches. It is well located to enjoy all that Chatham has to offer. We loved sitting outside on the patio admiring the flowers/gardens. The cottage was sparking clean and was well equipped with anything you would need-cooking supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, etc. It was a great size for my husband and I and even when our parents came to stay for a day as well. We loved the outdoor shower and used it everyday! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved the quintessential cottage

We loved it and Rose too . You never know what you will get online and this was a pleasant surprise . Lovely , comfortable , pretty , reasonable and a joy . We would stay again in a heartbeat . Rose was wonderful , thoughtful , laid back and professional . She welcomed us as if she was on the premisses . We used the deck , grill , outdoor shower , always and relaxed . Thank you Rose . It was perfect .

Perfect cottage for a stay in Chatham

My wife, 10 year old daughter and I stayed at this delightful cottage for 5 nights. Rosarie was able to meet us on arrival and gave us a warm welcome. The cottage was very well equipped and the AC worked very well throughout the cottage on the warmer nights.The garden was a great place to relax and we made use of the BBQ on several occasions. Our daughter loved watching the local birds, squirrels and rabbits that visited, especially the humming birds. The cottage is just a few minutes drive from a great family beach and local shops. Chatham is a cute town with many gift stores and dining options. This was our first time visiting Cape Cod and we loved the scenary, beaches and towns. We had a perfect stay !

Great location and perfect for small family

We had a great time staying at the cottage and exploring Chatham. The house was neatly maintained and had everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves after a day walking around, at the beach, or watching a baseball game. Communication was great and everything went so smoothly :) She is the perfect host- available and flexible. Would definitely return!

My sister and I have stayed here to summers in a row and loved it both times!

This cottage is the perfect place to get away. Every little detail will make your stay relaxing, from the beautiful yard with thoughtful groupings of seating that allow you to soak in the results of her green thumb, to the little vases throughout the house that are filled with snips of fresh flowers. The perfect getaway cottage for the Cape!

Very well equipped cottage

We had a really good time. Very peaceful cottage with garden all around and a lovely patio/deck and lots of outdoor furniture. The gas barbecue was excellent and we mostly cooked steak and seafood on this (without managing to burn anything!). Comfortable beds and chairs inside and all of the recreational and cooking equipment that you could need.

Cosy and cute on the Cape

This cosy cottage is the perfect retreat to stay whilst visiting Cape Cod. A five minute drive from Chatham Main Street, it's a New England delight. The cottage is decorated New England style with lots of nice little touches - the kitchen is well equipped and there's plenty of outdoor space to kick back and relax in the garden. The owner is just a text away should you have any questions and answers promptly. We had a lovely 10 day stay here.

Perfect home base for exploring Chatham area

We loved staying at the cottage, it was a perfect home base during three days in Chatham. We brought our nearly two year old son and my mother, and it was a great size space for the four of us. In addition to the charming decor, it was well stocked with everything we could need, including in the kitchen. We even cooked lobster one night and were delighted to find a lobster pot and all the necessary utensils to enjoy it. The yard and deck are also great and our son had a ball in the hammock. It's also convenient to downtown Chatham and the beach.
