Marriott’s Club Son Antem is located only 20 minutes drive from Palma de Mallorca Palma is a modern metropolis with luxury harbors, a breathtaking cathedral, museums and galleries, cozy plaza’s, impressive boulevards, shops, terraces, bars, disco’s and restaurants.

Mallorca is a paradise for golfers. With 24 golf courses Mallorca has the largest golf course density of Europe. There is always a golf course in the area, many of them with spectacular views, because the Mediterranean Sea is never far out of sight. The rich nature with olive, orange and almond trees and the gorgeous panoramic views will never bore you.

The Resort:
Son Antem originally was a large agricultural estate of thousands of acres with a huge barn (finca). The finca still has a central position on the immense grounds of Son Antem. Nowadays you will find at Son Antem a 5-star hotel, 2 golf courses of 18 holes each (East and West), a golf school with professional practice facilities, up lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, one of the largest and most modern Spa’s of Europe, in- and outdoor swimming pools, kids playgrounds, a jogging track, extended fitness facilities, a choice of restaurants, a clubhouse, a daily shop and, spread over the property, 224 townhouses (‘villa’s’).

The townhouses are all build in blocks of 8. You will find luxury private outdoor swimming pools between every 2 blocks. The grounds have 15 of these small pools in total, each with a separated kids area. Often it is so quiet that you will have the swimming pool for your family and yourself alone. All townhouses are situated on the Son Antem East golf course and they all have a private garden with terrace, deckchairs and a BBQ. You can enjoy all the facilities of the resort. You can relax in the gardens and on the terraces, swim in the large pools, have a drink and a bite in the different bars and restaurants, enjoy the entertainment, including life shows in the evenings, the kids club, concierge services, activity desk, etc.


Villa’s:
The townhouses of Marriott’s Club Son Antem are 2-storeyed houses build in a row of 8. The houses are fully furnished and all have a large dining area and a living area with sliding patio doors towards the private terrace and garden. In the living area you will find a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a music center. It is possible to plug in your iPhone. Wi-Fi is available for free. In the hotel lobby you will find PC’s with internet connection (to be used for a fee). The townhouses have a modern and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, water cooker, complete silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and iron board and enough space to store your golf set, sport equipment, suitcases, etc. In your private garden you will find a large concrete BBQ. The townhouses have beautiful floors, heating and air-conditioning.

At Club Son Antem you can chooses between 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses. All townhouses have a master bedroom with a luxury king-size bed with oversized quilt and soft feather pillows. There is a connected bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, double washbasin and a separated toilet. The first and potential second guest room has double beds and there is a second bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and sufficient wardrobes. The surfaces of the 2-bedroom townhouses are 88 M2/947 sq. ft.

The following services are included in your rental price. You will receive a daily tidy service including the refreshment of towels, making of the beds and filling of the dishwasher if needed. Marriott will also offer you a mid-week cleaning in which the floors will be cleaned and the pool towels replaced. At the end of the week the townhouses will be fully cleaned, linen will be replaced and the BBQ cleaned. Marriott takes care for immediate repair or replacement of anything that accidentally gets out of order. You will really be taken care of down to the last detail. You will receive the service of a hotel while having the space of a complete home.
The 2-bedroom townhouses offer sleeping capacity to a maximum of 6 people: 4 in the bedrooms and 2 using the queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
