DETAILS: Sea Suite is a Gulf view 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that sleeps 17 and includes a private pool, 2 balconies, and is steps from the beach in a gated Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood with a community pool and lake dock.

A relaxing front porch greets guests to Sea Suite. Stepping inside, guests will discover rich hardwood floors, 2 guest bedrooms, and a bunk room on the first floor. Guests may select between a guest room with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo or a guest room with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A cute bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a private bathroom with a shower. Stepping outside, guests will love the large, fenced backyard with its beautiful pool bordered by lush palm and sand live oak trees. A loggia shades a teak dining table overlooking the pool.

A spacious open living, dining, and kitchen with hardwood floors and gorgeous exposed ceiling beams occupies the entire second floor of Sea Suite. It’s a comfortable space with lots of room for guests to gather and relax. 2 sofas and armchairs face a flat-screen TV and form a cozy spot to share stories of the day’s adventures. French doors off the living area open to a balcony with phenomenal beach views. A long dining table seats 10 and is bordered by shelves filled with coral, seashells, and blue art glass. A chef’s kitchen has seating for 4, granite countertops, a fabulous farmhouse sink, and beautiful custom cabinetry.

The primary bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a bunk room are on the third floor. A guest bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with a shower and the bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed with beautiful Gulf views from a private balcony, a vaulted ceiling, and a spacious private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

A wet bar tucked beneath the stairs makes it easy to prepare a cocktail before heading up to the roof deck to toast the sunset. The incredible 360-degree views stretch from Destin to Panama City Beach!

Guests can explore all that 30A and Blue Mountain Beach have to offer on 5 included adult bikes. Sea Suite won’t be available for long with these views, location, amenities, and gorgeous interiors.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

The HOA in this community, unfortunately, does not allow Low-Speed Vehicle rentals or guests to bring their own.
