Beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom family home located in a quiet, north side neighborhood. The house includes a large, updated, well-appointed kitchen, a main floor bedroom, living room, dining & family room, and upstairs bedrooms for your comfort. The property also features a sun room, an outdoor patio, as well as a hot tub in which to relax. Feel free to enjoy a fire in the outdoor fireplace and kick back with a glass of wine or beverage of your choice.

Located only 15 minutes from world class restaurants, sporting venues, and nightlife in downtown Indianapolis; it is a perfect getaway for families and friends.

The property is also located 8 minutes from Indianapolis' premier night spots, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Monon biking/walking trails in trendy Broad Ripple, 10 minutes from Butler University, 20 minutes from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful property wonderful accommodations. Group of 8 did not need anything while we were there.Large rooms, plenty of space for larger groups. Host was awesome.

Wonderful property and hosts! As described, this home was perfect for our family gathering. Great location, quiet and a perfect setup inside and out! Plenty of space, clean, thoughtful and generous considerations for the guests by the hosts providing everything needed to relax and enjoy our time together. We have rented over 20 properties in the last 15 yrs and sincerely hope to come back. We highly recommend to interested parties.

Family reunion

We had family from 4 states stay there for a long holiday weekend. We were able to have a game night and have seating, tables and everything we could need at our finger tips there! Perfect for entertaining! Comfortable and convenient! Great outdoor seating too! Absolutely our favorite rental of all!

We were in town for a wedding and this home gave us all we needed. Plenty of space, amenities, never ran out of toilet paper. Very clean and comfy. Would stay again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Indianapolis! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning garden, which added such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to the property. Visit with family

We loved the house. It had everything you could need for your stay. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to all kinds of fun places. We really enjoyed just relaxing at the house also. The backyard was amazing with the fire place and hot tub. Enough seating for all to enjoy the outdoors and gorgeous flowers. Our family had the best time!

Really Wonderful!

My family's four night stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. The home was so comfortable and beautiful. Also spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is beautiful, too. Our hosts were generous and kind. Anyone who wants an "at home" experience should definitely book this property.

Wonderful home

Seven adults spent a weekend here while in town celebrating our father's birthday. The house is beautifully furnished, the most well-stocked VRBO I've ever rented, and the host was quick to help us out when we had questions. The hot tub was a nice plus! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy conversations and watch a game on the huge screen TV. Highly recommend this rental.

Great expierence

The communication between myself and the host was excellent. Any questions I presented before departure was answered within minutes. The house was spotless and cozy. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again if we ever have reason to be in this area again.

`Wonderful stay!

Large comfortable home with a stunning back patio!! We loved to hang out in the porch, family room, patio and kitchen. The space gave you many options to hang out all together or many areas for smaller groups. The house was clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners...they are just a joy to chat with! Thanks for the great memories with friends!

Great Family Reunion in Indy

We attended our Family Reunion in Indy. Our VRBO home and hosts Ron & Randy were absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities and supplies we could ever need. Ron and Randy live nearby and were very helpful when we had an issue with the garage door code. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Indianapolis area. We will be back.

Don't hesitate to book

I've stayed in VRBO's around the world and this was the most welcoming, home like place I've ever stayed. You don't need anything, they have it here. For instance, i usually bring all my spices from home, but they had a selection. It felt like I was visiting my wealthy aunt who likes to entertain for the weekend! There were no negatives. Easy check in and out. They have very few check out rules, so you don't feel like you are cleaning the whole house before leaving. It was lovely, you should book this home immediately!

Excellent hosts

Ron and Randy are wonderful hosts. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this location because their attention to detail is outstanding. They are easy to communicate with and they even emailed me when they realized I had made a mistake and booked the wrong week for the FFA Convention. They are fun to visit with, left us candy for the Trick or Treaters and know how to make you feel at home.
