A203 is a STANDARD unit within the Blind Pass Rental Program: A clean, comfortable condominium with basic amenities.

Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach A203:
Enjoy a little piece of "paradise" in this luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom condominium with 2 baths and a screened porch off the living/dining area. The carpeted living area with tropical-themed furnishings is warm and inviting and has a ceiling fan for added comfort; the dining table comfortably holds 6. At Blind Pass you will have private access to Bowman's Beach, one of the best shelling beaches in the world! For recreation there are 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool, kayaks and miles of bicycle paths. On your way to the beach you will cross a beautiful lagoon, home to pelicans, herons, egrets and fish. The condo is a short distance from the famous J.N. Darling Wildlife Refuge. Additional amenities included reserved covered parking, free Wi-Fi in the unit, gas grills and picnic tables and more. Our condo is perfect for up to eight guests.

Bedroom Configurations - 8 maximum
Primary bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom: 2 twin beds
Living room: 1 pull-out queen size sofa bed

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom with king bed has plenty of storage space in the dressers and walk-in closet; the bathroom has a tub and shower with sliding doors. The guest room with king bed has a bathroom area with sink only. The guest rooms share a full bath with a step-in shower located off the hallway.

Kitchen: The full kitchen is open to the living/dining area and offers plenty of space for meal prep, including a counter with stools for a convenient place to perch.

Dining and Living Room: The large dining table easily accommodates six; stools at the kitchen counter offer more seating. The living room has a loveseat and a sofa with pull-out queen size sofa bed and comfortable chairs.

IN ALL UNITS reserved through on-site Blind Pass Rental Department:

*Satellite TV in Living Room and Bedrooms
*Fully-equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, tableware/drinkware/cookware
*Washer/Dryer
*Iron/Ironing Board
*Blow Dryers
*Sheets/bed linens, bath towels, beach towels
*Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach cart

Starter Kit Supplies included:
4 rolls toilet paper, 2 boxes tissues, 1 roll paper towels, 2 packets laundry soap, 2 packets dishwasher detergent, 1 small bottle liquid dish soap, 1 scrub sponge, 4 bars bath soap and 5 trash bags. *Guests will need to purchase any further supplies needed at a local grocery.

Completely honest review

This is a honest review. You will get the good and the bad. We have been renting condos and homes in Florida for 15 years 2-3 times a year. GOOD: * Very spacious * Clean environment * Pool was nice * Private Beach Access * 2 minute walk to Park with trails, and beach access (Free if you walk/bike) * Wifi Internet was fast & stable. BAD: * Parking spot to door path is bad. Longest walk to car even though the parking spot is 20 feet from the living room. (Poor building design) * AC maintenance performed at 9am. Was given advanced notice, but just bad timing. * Fire Alarm maintenance performed at 8:30am. NO advanced notice was given. ALL Fire alarms in the building would go off twice for each and every test. 60 mins worth of testing. HORRIBLE way to wake up, and spend your vacation morning. Advanced notice should have been provided, and planned for during the day when paying customers are not sleeping! * NO upfront information about how to obtain paddles for the kayaks and canoes. Only offering kayaks and canoes from 11am-3pm during the hottest part of the day was not great. * $75 charge for using a credit card for payment. Have been renting for nearly 15 years, and have never been required to pay an additional $75 to pay by card. A few bucks is understandable, but this was uncalled for. A physical check in USPS is never guaranteed, typically leads to lost a payment, and can end with check theft. All in all it was an okay experience. We will NOT be returning to Blind Pass though. My hope is that Blind Pass will try to improve rather than hide this review. Paying Customer!

Good afternoon Ashley, Thank you for taking the time and leaving a review about your stay here. I want to start off by apologizing about Fyer Fyter accessing the alarms, there was a scheduling error that lead to them showing up on the wrong day, once we realized they were stopped and left our property. The free use of the canoes and kayaks is listed in the amenities on our Blind-Pass website, I apologize more information wasn't given ahead of time. For future we are on site in the Clubhouse Monday- Saturday and the sign up is for 9-11, 11-1 & 1-3. Due to safety and liability they are only for use during our operating hours. Regarding the final payment for your stay, our office pays the first fee when credit card deposit is processed and final payment is due 30 days before arrival by check in the mail. If you wanted to use your card for final payment then there would be the 75$ fee. Despite those few hiccups I hope you had a nice time and come visit us in the future.

Ideal place for our family vacation

We had a good time here. The pool is nice and the beach a short walk away. The beach area was less crowded on our end. This is a vacation rental property so it shows some wear. But everything worked. It was comfortable and quiet.

Great condo...I wish there were some cleaning products as there were hand prints on mirror over toilet which I found kind of gross...Adding a few non-stick pans would be helpful...this condo is the absolute longest walk to the beach with furthest access to the front door from parking lot...all that being said condo was good for our group and we enjoyed our stay.

For future if you ever have an issue please let our office know and we can send housekeeping over to address it. We are not allowed to leaving cleaning products in the unit due to liability.

Loved Sanibel!

We loved our stay! The pool was warm and the ocean was gorgeous! Searching for shells was a fun adventure for all ages.

Great week on the beach!

Rooms were nice. Kitchen could have been a little better equipped. The view isn’t the greatest compared to other units we have stayed in. It’s also the furthest from the beach. Overall it was clean and very nice.
