The tropical setting provides an ambiance that washes away stress and replenishes the soul. Sundial Q-304 offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, located on the 2nd floor up, and is well equipped. The third bedroom TV with a queen bed is equipped with ROKU. Sundial is centrally located on Sanibel making it convenient to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Amenities: Beach, Community pool by your building, BBQ Grills, Tennis and Pickleball available a la carte including court time, lessons, round robins and clinics, Free parking, WIFI in your rental property, Resort restaurants including Turtle’s Pool & Beach Bar, and Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique on the 2nd floor of the main lobby and Bailey’s Marketplace. Wow! something to do for everyone!

We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful third bedroom, remodeled master bath, NEW Select Comfort mattress in master and some new furniture in living room and dining area.New umbrella and canopy tent. We brought our own beach towels, but there was a good supply in the unit. Q304 made for a wonderful vacation. Would definitely recommend.

For example, I called midweek to tell them the sun umbrella was broken, and that there were no bath mats in the shower areas. When we returned to the condo, there was a brand new umbrella and 2 bath mats waiting for us. So appreciated!The condo is very clean, has a great location- definitely lived up to the photos on line. Only drawback for us was the beach chairs. Some definitely need to be replaced.All in all, our stay at Sundial was terrific!

Old appliances, coffee maker so old it doesn’t have an automatic shut off. No washer and dryer umbrella to use on beach broken. Kitchen packed with unnecessary gadgets-no storage for food.

Great clean place

Was our first stay at this property and we loved it! Our unit was very well equipped and clean. Beds were all super comfortable as well. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view

Checking in early was great. Condo was fine, but could use some upgrades. Pillows were terrible. New pans in the kitchen are needed. A box fan or a small fan in each bedroom would help with sleeping at night. Not having a washer/dryer was hard. The view was incredible and the property/landscaping was beautiful. We had a great week, but would look for something else probably next time.

Great place but one deal breaker

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just as advertised or better. Clean and next to the ocean and pool. My only issue is the check out process. By 10am you need to have entered a code in the electric lock which locks you out if not you are charged a fee. That means you, everyone you are with and all your belongings better be out by that time. We had to throw everything in the hallway to avoid the extra charge. It was a hectic mess and not a good way to end the vacation. If that is the protocol next year i will have to find a different place to rent. Besides that everything was great.

I'm so happy to hear your expectations were met/exceeded when it came to the accommodations, however I am perplexed by your comments with regards to our check-out procedures. Please be reassured that within the past 16 years we have never charged a guest for checking out later than 10am. We've billed a guest whom requested a check-out time that went beyond noon, however that was with their consent. When asked and when possible, we’re happy to give a noon check-out as a courtesy. Please know that we are a smaller agency whom works with our guest. We never want anyone to feel as you described. Wonderful property! We have stayed at Sundial many times with 3 kids, and having a third bedroom was fantastic. Very easy check-in, much appreciated.

Fantastic Sundial Beach Resort Getaway!

Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful week of vacation at The Sundial Beach Resort in a terrific 3-bedroom/2-bath/full kitchen/living room/dining room/lanai Gulf-View Unit Q-304 condominium that we rented through Select Vacation Properties. The check-in process was as easy as can be—the unit is accessed via a keyless entry code that enabled us to go directly to the resort without wasting time going to the SVP office to pick up keys. It was so easy for all five of us to come and go as we wished using the code and not worrying about who had keys or even worse, losing the keys! We had a couple of minor issues: electrical fuse and AC, which could’ve been very annoying and frustrating; however, I received incredibly prompt and professional service from Linda at SVP, who responded to my messages and coordinated the repairs immediately. Thank you, Linda! The one suggestion I’ll make for Unit Q-304 is to provide 6 quality folding beach chairs—the 4 chairs in the storage room are in terrible condition and not even worth sitting in for 5 minutes. Other than that, the unit itself is beautifully decorated and everything we had hoped for during our stay. Although some Sundial amenities, such as complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, pickleball/tennis are not included with the SVP rentals, I would still strongly recommend renting from SVP to anyone interested in saving hundreds of dollars at Sundial!!!

Great Trip

Reviewer Comments: Wehave been coming to Sanibel for nearly 25 years, but this was our first time renting through Select Vacation Properties. It was the easiest check-in and check-out and they even texted us to let me know that we could check in 4 hours early (since our unit was ready earlier than expected). I really liked the keyless entry system.The unit was very nice, but there were just a few areas to make note of. the beach chairs were not the best, the beach umbrella was broken and we really needed to have more beach towels (and better beach towels). Also missed not having a washer/dryer in the unit. With that being said, I would still stay here again, as the unit was well maintained and had a nice view of the beach. We visit Sanibel 4 to 6 times a year and this was our first stay at a large complex like Sundial. It was much better than expected and as stated earlier, I would stay here again. I would also work with Select Vacation Properties again, as they were very easy to work with.

Swimming with the Dolphins

Another great week on Sanibel. The property is in a prefect location - close to pool, beach, grocery, and more. Q304 was clean, and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more kitchen cooking items - pots with lids, knives, crock pot etc . Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation . Sincerely, Teresa jurina

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sundial Q304. The place is huge, and had plenty of room for our family. The view of the ocean is great and the condo is really close to two pools and beach access. All the beach chairs and toys we needed were supplied. The umbrellas weren’t in working condition but everything else was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Sanibel

Reviewer Comments: We were on Sanibel for the month of March 2020 a wonderful time in spite of the COVID related restrictions that were imposed towards the end of our stay.This unit has a great view of the gulf. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit is very comfortable. The mattresses in the guest bedroom are new.We had a small problem with a leaky disposal. Select had the repair person there within an hour to fix the issue. Select and the owner are wonderful to work with.Overall, we had a great time!
