No roads to cross to get to the beach, no elevators to wait for, park at your front door step off the back deck onto the beach. There are two master suites with King sized beds and flat screen TVs, and laundry on the third. floor. The third bedroom with two queen beds, flat screen TV, private bath, and patio door leading to the lower covered deck and and beach is located on the first floor. The main living area with 10 ft ceiling consists of living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath and an upper deck overlooking the beach. The living room has plenty of comfy seating, a 60 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV, a 60 inch eight blade ceiling fan (it really moves the air!), and recessed lighting. The dining area is accommodating and spacious with seating for six, a huge unique side board, and massive wrought iron chandelier with 12 lights. The kitchen has Maytag stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and side by side fridge with in door water and ice. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There also a spacious pantry. The ceilings are ship lapped, wood floor on main level, carpet on third floor and wood and tile on first floor. The wifi and HD cable are Comcast (all new equipment). The townhouse nicely decorated with an idustrial edge, and comfy and inviting. The beach views are amazing. The upper TREX deck with glass front is spacious and well furnished and has stairs leading to the lower deck. The lower covered deck has a gas grill, charcoal grill (please grill out in the open area not under the deck for safety reasons, no grilling on upper deck). There's a outside shower and hose to rinse off the salt and sand before entering the townhouse. The garage also has a side by side fridge / freezer for extra items like water bottles and drinks, ice cream, Popsicles for convenience.
