Are you looking to GET AWAY from the hustle and bustle, away from the crowds? New quiet 2br/2bath rental in beautiful West Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach area! 1&1/2 blocks from the BEACH on a QUIET side street! Walk 500 steps, or drive and park on the public deeded beach area! Also a block from THOMAS DONUTS, a two minute drive from Salty Sue's, and a five minute drive from PIER PARK! Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, one bedroom has a FULL bathroom en-suite, the hall bath has granite and travertine tile! Greatroom has a sofa and ample seating, dining area has seating for 10 with a handcarved table and chairs! New appliances in the kitchen. Enclosed patio for your beach gear, and outside shower is perfect for the kiddos! Bring your beach gear, and be ready to RELAX in your beach refuge away from home! Fast wireless internet and Firestick provided for those times you are NOT out on the beach! We rent to quiet families only; no smoking. Small dogs may be approved through the owner, no cats. We have a doggie door that leads to a small fenced back yard area!

This property is perfect for the quiet get away, while being close to shopping and great restaurants!

We are a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed on or within 20 yards of the property due to medical concerns of the owner. We strictly adhere to this policy, THANK YOU for your understanding!

Great location!

Very convenient location and plenty of room for 4 adults. We had everything we needed, and the owners were very nice and easy to work with. I would stay there again.

We loved the stay. Quite friendly neighborhood, enjoyed a lot of walks with our puppy.

The property fit all of our needs. Plenty of space, dishes etc. made us feel at home, but on vacation at the same time.

Lovely Rental

This rental was exactly as pictured and described. Wonderful retreat, very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood which was just up our alley. The only problem was that Thomas’ Donuts is only a block or so away! Best donuts ever!! They also have great burgers and chili dogs! Kelli was a wonderful host! Great communication and responded very quickly to any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone! Thanks, Kelli, for sharing your retreat!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I don’t have anything negative to say about this property. We had a great vacation! Very clean, fantastic location to the beach (walkable), quiet neighborhood, wonderful communication with the host, and the house had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience!!! House was clean, maintained, and great community. Felt like home everyday we were there. Walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be renting again.

Very quiet family neighborhood.

House was couple blocks walk to beach. No high rise to cut through, no crowds on beach. Laguana Beach area is my favorite. The owner was very quick to address my questions and concerns. No disappointments....you won't find a better deal.

Comfortable, affordable and clean

We stayed at this property for two weeks. It was very clean when we arrived. We had plenty of room (even with 3 kids) with the bunk beds. The walk to the beach was a little more than we liked but at the affordable price it is plenty close. The house had everything we needed during our stay.

Very nice!

Home was nice. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small and available equipment for cooking could have been better. Distance from beach was a little more than expected but overall very nice. Would stay there again.

Excellent House and Location!

Our stay at the Laguna Beach Refuge was great! Though we were here on business and didn't get much time at the beach, the place is located within walking distance to the beach, which was a nice treat after a long day of work! The house is wonderful! Beautiful decorations and plenty of room! Would definitely recommend to anyone and plan to stay again in the future!

Great find for us and our two Corgis!

The Laguna Beach Refuge was a great find for us and our two Corgis. The home was on a quiet street and was extremely clean and comfortable. There is a small area for the dogs to go out and it's a nice neighborhood to walk them as well. The house is a quick walk to the beach and the famous Thomas' Donuts and Ice Cream, which we took advantage of. The owners were also very nice to deal with. We would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend this home away from home!

Great Vacation!

Laguna Beach Refuge was the perfect home for our family to visit. It's a short walk to the beach and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It's conveniently located to Panama City Beach for restaurants, fish market and grocery stores, shopping and entertainment, but it's far enough away so you're not in the middle of all of the tourists! The stretch of beach is absolutely beautiful and it's a treat to stop at Thomas' for ice cream after a day in the sun. We highly recommend Laguna Beach refuge and would happily stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay!

Very clean well kept place ..close to beach and we all liked the food options.Loved the fact it's like home away from home ,much nicer than a hotel! Would stay here anytime I had the chance to go back.

This is one the nicest places I have ever stayed! So clean!! Nice kitchen, nice decorating, etc. It's near everything!! Pier park, food! The owers were so nice as well! Thank you again!

Quiet and Beautiful

This place was really really everything we wanted. Quiet, just a few steps from the beach and really quite beautiful. We felt like we were in our own home it was so comfortable. To top the whole vacation off, Thomas donuts and ice cream were within a few steps of our stay...YUM!. The owners were fantastic to work with and so kind. They really have gone above and beyond to make their visitors feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this gem for your next stay!!!

Great Stay

We stayed here for almost a week during mid July. We had a great time, very relaxing. The beach is super close and it's a private beach, not really crowded. Thomas Donuts is right there, and sooo good. The owners were great to work with, and the house is like new inside. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect!

My family stayed at this property for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. The owners (Kelli) were great to deal with and were very interested in what we thought and how they can make things better for their guests. It was very clean, decorated nicely and very spacious. A very nice up to date kitchen with new appliances and stocked well. A great home away from home. Down a really quiet street near Pier Park and a short walk to the beach. Great parking and real easy to get to. I cant say enough about how great our stay was and how attentive the owners were. We will most definitely stay there again, hopefully in the very near future.

Great place

We stayed during the July 4th and had such a relaxing time. The area was quiet and we walked to the beach, the owners had a beach cart to haul our stuff. The kitchen was new with everything stocked, even a crock pot! The bedding looked new, and everyone loved the outdoor shower. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. Panama City Beach was busy during the 4th holiday, but this was a great quiet place to rest from the days' activities!

Great Location

My wife and I stayed for a few days, this place is so close to the beach and in a quiet area, exactly what we were looking for. We did not cook but ate out, there are so many places to eat out nearby. The kitchen was clean, the entire house looked new on the inside. My wife was very impressed with everything, we will be back.

Your biggest worry will be NOT to eat too much ice cream and donuts from Thomas Donuts as you pass by each time to our quiet, BEAUTIFUL, deeded beach!
