Awesome 3 BR Condo in Village of 5 Points! POOL,TENNIS CTS,BIKE TRL,

You're on vacation so all you must bring are your personnel items and relax. We provide the linens, towels, eating utensils, pots and pans, ect. you'll use in the unit. Outside you're welcome to use our community pool and tennis courts. Also, only a short walk from your unit, are several restaurants if you choose to eat out. Nearby attractions include The Lewes/Cape May ferry, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches, outlet shopping, a water park, miniature golf, Historic Downtown Lewes and many restaurants and nighttime establishments. Our rentals run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. We would love to host your stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was very clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The screened porch overlooking the pond and fountain was such a peaceful spot to relax. The beds were very comfortable; my teenage son asked if we could recreate whatever made his sleep so restful at home. The Five Points complex is in a perfect location, close to family, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Lewes.

Wonderful condo / gracious host

Enjoyed the extended weekend stay. Condo is perfectly located to Lewes and Rt. 1. Local coffee shop was the best start to our day.

What a special week at the beach!

We truly enjoyed the clean and comfortable condo. Made use of the nearby bike trail, the pool, the super market, the restaurants, the farm stand. Visited a Cape Henlopen State Park beach, the historic town of Lewes... There was so much to do and see. Wonderful time!

Perfect Condo in Five Points

Michele's condo is perfect! Comfy, well appointed, and in a great location in a wonderful community. Two pools, great restaurant, a deli/sandwich shop, grocery store, and many other amenities. Michele was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to return!

Lewes Trip

Condo was clean with many amenities. Loved the patio. Close to stores, restaurants etc. Beaches near by. Owner was great to work with she gave details on everything and checked on us. Would definetly recommend.

Lewes DE

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo in 5 Points. We used many of the amenities including pickleball, the pool, the trail, and the restaurants and shopping. It was centrally located for our visit with family and we ate and swam in Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany Beach and Millsboro. The property was just as advertised and more spacious than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 adults. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would stay here again.

Peace on the water

I rented this condo all of February and March. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by almost a full wall view of the sun shimmering on the pond. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the porch were special times each day even in the cold, dreary months. Family popped in at various times for a few nights each. There was always plenty of space to make everyone comfortable. The location was convenient, right on the Georgetown-Lewes bike trail and a quick, 5 minute drive down Savannah road to town and beaches. You can walk to restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy all located in Five Points Village. The condo was clean, comfortable, bright and well appointed with everything you could need even for a 2 month stay! The owners were extremely accommodating and quick to respond. I really felt they were there for me every step from booking to check out. I was sad to leave! I’m looking forward to going back in the summer!

Family Vacation

Loved the pool in the Development, Restaurants and the children's playground. The Condo was also very nice and we used the screened in patio every day. There was an issue with the Condo being clean in a certain area. Once I notified the owner they took care of it immediately. I would stay there again.

Great Lewes condo

Stayed w my husband and kids (3 and 7). Very clean accommodations and host was communicative and helpful. Loved the screened porch. We discovered Five Points a couple years ago and won’t be staying anywhere else for a beach getaway any time soon!

Beautiful, convenient property.

The apartment was large, very clean, and beautifully decorated, in a great neighborhood that is walking distance to anything you could need. We loved to sit on the back porch and listen to the fountain in the pond, and walk around the Georgetown/Lewes trail behind the neighborhood. Michele is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Condo in ideal location for visiting Lewes.

The condo was beautifully decorated with a nice open floorplan. The screened porch was delightful with a direct view of the pond/fountain. The condo location was convenient for walking to on-site restaurants. Great location to stay for visiting Lewes and surrounding beach areas.

Delightful Stay

We had a wonderful week exploring the different areas of Delaware beaches. This condo in The Villages of Five Points was a perfect location. Very easy to reach many locations easily. The handiness of restaurants, food store etc was an added perk. Michele was wonderful to communicate with and has provided a lovely place to call home for a week. Well stocked kitchen was great.

Better than expected!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have been happy to stay longer! The condo itself was equipped with all we needed. The location within the community was perfection and allowed us to walk and take advantage of the amenities. Michelle was easy to get in touch with, as needed. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful escape

We had a lovely stay here for a week in June. It was perfect for our family. Our young kids, 4 and 7, absolutely loved the giant community pool. They also enjoyed the screened porch for meals looking at the fountain and listening to the water. The village had all the amenities nearby, including the lovely fish restaurant for a couple date nights (nana was with us to babysit). It was a perfect spot for exploring the nearby beaches and sights. We loved the Crooked Hammock brewery, Big Oyster brewery, Cape Henlopen state park, and downtown Lewes. The children are asking when we can visit again!

Tranquil condo near beach

We haven't been to the beach in almost two years and I'm so very glad we came across this listing. We stayed at this condo with my parents and my two young children and we all fit very comfortably. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The screened in porch overlooks a quiet lake. We found the porch area very handy since our kids enjoying being outside. While we spent most of the time at the beach, we also enjoyed the pool and playground that are closeby. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and offered great recommendations on local restaurants to try out.

Great Condo and Host

This condo and especially the Host, Michelle, is great! This is a wonderful place to stay in when in Lewes. The Beach was not far and the 5 Points community has some great dining options.

Great Place and Location1

The place was great and the owner communicated with us to make sure everything was good. The place was well stocked and clean. The view of the pond kept us captivated watching the ducks on a daily basis. The community pool and the surrounding area was also nice for a relaxing time or a nice walk around the Village.
