Close to the centre of Bournemouth, you travel down a country road to arrive at the gates and into the huge sweeping driveway. The property is very private in two acres of land with beautiful views from every window. The building is countryside classic with modern accessories.

In addition to the heated swimming pool and the brand new six-seater hot tub Jacuzzi with blue-tooth wireless speakers, underwater lighting and 58 massage jets, there is also an American pool table and a Striker football table. The party games extend to the poolside, with a Texas barbecue, a giant Connect-4 game and a full-size basketball net and ball. There is a 55" TV with a full Sky package in the lounge with Sky Cinema and Sky Sports. There is also superfast broadband and free WiFi.

The property flows around the ground floor with patio doors out to the pool and hot tub. The sun lounge offers quality dining for 28 guests and the long practical kitchen, which also has patio doors into the garden, is ready for large group catering, including a giant fridge, a freezer, two microwaves, two kettles and plenty of accessories.

The winding staircase leads to a gallery landing and the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all offering a mix of single beds, double beds and bunks beds for the kids or adults. Every room has quality fixtures, fittings, oak doors and picture rails and traditional leaded windows that open out to the beautiful views. There is a very warm and cosy feel to Fortis House and there is also plenty of wardrobe space and storage facilities.

The outside space is well stocked with poolside furniture, sun loungers, giant umbrellas, games to play and a barbecue area with party picnic benches for an outdoor feast.
