The Little Luxe Retreat is a completely renovated tiny luxury cabin with a gorgeous ocean view, convenient village location, and many amenities that will make your Oregon Coast stay comfortable, intimate, and an exceptional experience. The Little Luxe Retreat is a completely renovated historic 1947 cabin outfitted in classic upscale style with all modern amenities and a hot tub!
Perfect for friends, lovers, and adventurers, the cabin has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and sleeps 2 most comfortably, but does have an additional pull out bed in a separate room for additional sleeping. With the cabin being only an hour and a half from Portland, you can easily drive out Scenic Hwy 6 and enjoy overlooking the action and ever-changing waves of Oceanside Beach. The cabin is less than a 3-minute walk to all the pleasures of Oceanside beach and village and just a few minutes’ walk to two top-rated restaurants: the romantic Roseanna’s Café and the delicious and convenient Blue Agate Café.
The bedroom has a luxurious queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The bed is positioned perfectly so you can wake up to ocean views that can be seen through the doorway.
The bathroom is warm and inviting with its heated radiant floors and overhead hot blower. There is a full size step in shower featuring a massaging shower head.
The kitchen is compact, but complete with granite countertop, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. For those coffee lovers, we offer 3 ways to make your favorite brew: French press, Keurig, and a drip coffeemaker and there is filtered water right from the tap! Off to the side of the kitchen is a washer and dryer that is available for your use.
The living room features a Historic fireplace with a woodstove insert and the house has electric zone heating, so you will always stay comfortable! With all new high-visibility windows and raised ceilings you will be able to take in even more of the breathtaking views of the ocean to the South, West, and Northwest from the living room and dining area. The sofa and loveseat are arranged in front of the fireplace so you can enjoy a crackling fire or curl up on the couch and watch the flat-screen television with Roku and DVD player. The house has Wifi as well, so you can be able to stay connected while you are away. View a gorgeous sunset or a dramatic winter storm, all from the comfort of this warm, cozy living area.
Outside you will find a brand new wraparound deck and gated patio with a private hot tub. The steps are refinished and equipped with a brand new handrail, but keep in mind it is a pretty steep and may not be ideal for those with mobility issues, or young children.
