Affordable Family Beach Cottage

Located in the beautiful 180 acre Oceanside Village (OSV) resort including 24 hour security. There two pools, one heated indoor (right around the corner, HOWEVER, CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR MAJOR RENOVATIONS) and one outdoor pool (three blocks away), both of which include kiddie pools. For the sports enthusiast, there are tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as a softball field. For the little beach goers, there is a fenced-in playground just minutes from the front door. There are five beautifully stocked fishing ponds with plenty of ducks to feed. The beach is only short stroll away and only three minutes drive by golf cart which are for rent on location. The village offers a private entrance to the beach, welcoming your personal vehicle as well. While there, enjoy the Conch Cafe, which offers delicious, affordable meals for lunch and dinner with a tremendous view of the ocean.

This three bedroom, two bath home can house one large family, two small families, or a large golf group. It has a queen-size bed in the master with Smart TV, and a full-size bed in the second large bedroom. The third bedroom offers two double beds with smart TV, which would be great for children to share while privacy is offered to the parents with the use of the additional rooms. Additionally, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room with smart TV to accommodate the extra extra large families. There are two baths, one with walk-in shower, and one with full tub/shower. The kitchen is full-sized with all the amenities. The dining table seats eight with three additional seats at the bar. No need to carry those dirty clothes home. Enjoy the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer!

If golf is your passion, choose from 100's of tournament courses throughout Myrtle Beach or enjoy some family time at the many miniature golf courses. There is even a pro Par-3 course right outside the gate. Also enjoy the shopping at Broadway at the Beach and the many outlet stores. After a busy day, Enjoy one of over 1700 restaurants located on Murrell's Inlet and throughout Myrtle beach.

We want you to enjoy your vacation without too much work, but we do ask that you keep our home as clean as you would have expected upon your arrival. We provide sheets and towels and require them to be laundered before departure. You may bring your own if you prefer.

No smoking, and pets on a case by case basis. Towels and linens are available and we ask that you replace any paper products you use. We request that all single guests (unless with family) be at least 25 years old.

Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM Saturday to Saturday.
