This home is situated in the prestigious new Champions Gate development, close to Disney and Reunion and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.

This home boasts over 3,000+ sq ft for you and your family to relax and unwind from long days at the park. This home has a large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families, and groups. The living area features plenty of seating around the large LCD TV, and adjacent is the dining area with seating for 8, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The property has One King master bedrooms located on the first floor plus another Queen Bedroom . Both have en suite baths with walk in showers . There is a King size bedroom located on the second floor for added . Three other rooms complete the second floor with twin size beds plus another Queen suite

Make the most out of your vacation, the home also has large sotting area upstairs with large LCD TV for those days where you just want to stay in and enjoy this fabulous home. Catch up on your favorite movies whilst lounging on the large sectional sofa. The property also has a fully air conditioned games room complete with pool table, foosball, and air hockey .

Beautiful

Beautiful home. Pool was spotless. Our only problem was in putting out the trash. There were no barrels to put our trash in but they picked it up in our plastic bags so all was fine.

Property was very nice but the way it’s managed is substantially different than we’re used to.

All other homes we’ve rented through VRBO in the past had the bare necessities. This one did not. Cupboards, fridge, sink area, dishwasher and laundry area were all empty. You have to purchase everything you need with executive villas. Not even salt and pepper in cupboards. One roll of toilet paper in the washrooms for a week is pretty pathetic. One roll of paper towel in the kitchen as well. We emailed Andy one night when the neighbors were partying until 3am but never got any response. No notes giving us any details in the house. Nice house but overpriced for what you actually get. You also have to rent a bbq if you wish. Next time we’ll look at a resort instead.

Fabulous House

The house was just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and nicely decorated. Conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quick drive to Universal and Disney World. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

I rented this property for 9 days in mid July of 2017 for a family reunion/vacation. We got in late on a Sunday night and found dirty linens on some of the beds, not a good first impression. The pool also appeared dirty, and a pool maintenance person didn't arrive until several days into our stay. He reported to us that the pool filter had not been working, then doused the pool with a load of chemicals, and instructed us not to use the pool for several hours. One of the major issues with this rental was regulation of the thermostat to a minimum of 74 degrees. This is specified in the owner's house rules document found on the kitchen island, and was not mentioned in the reservation process. The house rules document notes that setting the thermostat below 74 degrees can cause the cooling system to freeze up, and threatens renters with a $1000 repair if this happens. This house does not have any ceiling fans to compensate for the thermostat restriction. We also observed roaches in the kitchen drawer and cabinet, and found 1 upstairs in the shared sitting area. I would not recommend staying here, especially during "high season", because it was extremely difficult to sleep at night, and the bugs creeped us out. I relayed all of this information to Andy, our contact at the property management company. At the very least, I feel that I should have been offered a partial refund.

Fantastic stay.

Just returned from an 11 night stay. The house was immaculate, facilities great and we were in fantastic hands with Andy Booth, the property manager. The location is perfect. There's a massive supermarket 5 minutes away, together with a few restaurants - and then it's about a 20 minute drive to the Disney parks/outlet shopping/more restaurants etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Outstanding home and property manager

We loved our stay! The home is awesome and resides in a beautiful gated community. I was worried about access to the property as we arrived around 4am due to flight delays. The gate was manned and with proof of our reservation we were able to go right in. The home was very clean and with the exception of a few minor dings and scratches on the walls/doors it looked brand new! The outside temperature was in the 40's so the pool heat was not on and it took a couple of days to warm it up. This was not a big issue since were noticed of this when we added the heat. However, I didn't know that I had to add the heat at the time I placed the reservation- it wasn't until I got the confirmation that this info was received. This was at a cost of what could have been an extra night. This would have been helpful information when comparing prices before I booked. We also had a couple of minor issues with the WiFi and not knowing where the trash was collected but the property manager was great. I emailed him during our stay and he always replied within minutes! We will definitely recommend this home to others and we will be looking to book it again the next time we're planning a trip.
