Enjoy complimentary WiFi and stay connected throughout your stay. The home is equipped with a telephone, iron and ironing board, and hairdryers for your convenience. Stay comfortable with central air conditioning and heating, and rest easy knowing that linens and towels are provided (please bring your own wash cloths).

The home boasts 6 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone. The bedding configuration includes 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 4 Twin beds. With a Driveway that accommodates 2 cars, extra cars can parking in the street

The house is designed with your comfort in mind. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The Living Room features a Smart TV 60” and Xbox for entertainment. The Dining Room with a dining set comfortably seats 6 people. Step outside to the Patio Area, complete with a Pool, Grill, outdoor furniture set, and 4 reclining chairs. The Pool Depths range from 3-5 feet, with a Spa Depth of 3 feet, offering the perfect place to unwind. The Pool faces west, allowing you to soak up the sun's rays.

The first floor also includes Bedroom #1 (Suite) with a King size bed and a Smart TV 47”, as well as a Bathroom (Suite) with a separate bathtub and shower, and dual sinks. An additional Bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink, as well as a Laundry with Washer and Dryer, complete the first floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a second Living Room with a Smart TV 40", perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The Game Room features a Pool and foosball table, providing hours of entertainment. Bedroom #2 (Suite) offers a King size bed and a Smart TV 47", accompanied by a Bathroom (Suite) with a walk-in shower and single sink. Bedroom #3 includes a Queen size bed and a Smart TV 40", while the Bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and single sink. Parties and pets are not allowed on the property, and penalties may apply for policy violations. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM. The minimum age to rent this accommodation is 21 years old or over.

* Forgotten Items Policy: If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.
