This single-level 3 bedroom home is fully furnished including a King bed in the primary suite.
Bedroom #2 has 2 full size (double) beds
Bedroom #3 has Two TwinXL beds that combine into a King with topper in, allowing for 8 people to sleep in beds.
There is also an additional Sleeper sofa in the living room for 9th and 10th person.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus 4 at the expansive kitchen island and another 4 outside on the Lanai.. The large unbelievably comfortable sleeper and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.

The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.
