A 2 minute walk to Sandy Beach!
The Cottages On Little Harbor are located in the stunning coastal town of Cohasset, Massachusetts, picturesque and quiet, yet just 25 miles from historic Boston. The property is a tastefully furnished and renovated carriage house with two units in a sought-after neighborhood. Cottage 1 has two bedrooms: one king in master with ensuite bath, and a bedroom with twins and adjoining bath. Cottage 2 has three bedrooms: one king in master with ensuite bath, one with queen bed and one with twins. There is a second full bath.

Both cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and comfortable sitting and dining areas both inside and out. Each has a large screened-in porch with some water view, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining. An enclosed outdoor shower is an additional amenity for guests to enjoy. The Cottages, a quick walk to beautiful Sandy Beach, are available weekly or monthly. Prices reflect 2 bedroom cottage weekly. The three bedroom rents weekly for about 30% more.

Beautiful stay in Cohasset!

What a gem of a property! This cottage is the perfect location to enjoy a week at Sandy Beach (a quick walk away). We also loved the screened-in porch! We couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place to stay in Cohasset.

Prime location and property

We booked this for a wedding weekend and loved our stay! The house was comfortable, beds were great, host was accommodating and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay could not have been more perfect! Occupants were our son, daughter-in-law and our 7 and 10 year old granddaughters. Since they live in Arlington, MA they brought scooters, fishing poles and golf clubs. They loved proximity to Sandy Beach, the Cohasett Swim Center, the library as well Hingham ferry and Nantasket Carousel. It is a gem in a gorgeous neighborhood!

We were so fortunate to book this lovely cottage a block from the beach. Terrific for our family getaway! Walk to town or around the harbor. So pleasant, comfortable and easy! The host was wonderful and we will absolutely book again!

Terrific cottage very close to a special sandy beach. Spacious for a family, sweetly decorated, lovely screened in large porch for reading, eating and relaxing. Outdoor shower was a bonus. Hope to return again!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay in Cohasset, and Sheila was wonderful to work with. The cottage we stayed in was perfect for two couples, and we spent a lot of time sitting on the porch and enjoying the view. We hope to go back when we have more time to explore the area around Cohasset. It’s breathtaking!!

A Little Slice of Heaven

If only vacation could last all summer I would happily stay at this cozy, easy , inviting rental , I would be very happy. Thank you Sheila and John for a memorable stay . I was able to have many wonderful moments with my kids, grandkids , and friends as this property lends itself to the way life should be in the summer! Carefree!! I will be back❤️

Great stay a walk from a sandy beach

My family and I loved this place! Always a bit nervous with listings matching in reality but Sheila's place did not disappoint. We arrived pretty late but she made the effort to come over and let us in, show us around, etc.. The beds were comfy and the porch was one of our favorite parts (nap on a screened in porch, yes please). We frequently walked back and forth from the beach as it really was 3 to 5 minutes depending on your pace. There were a ton of toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and a wagon to cart things to the beach in. Highly recommend if it's available.

Perfect spot!

Everything about the property was wonderful. The cleanliness, location and charm of this cottage was just what we were looking for. The proximity to Sandy Beach and the short drive into Cohasset were perfect for our family wedding getaway. Our host Sheila was very responsive and helpful. And our stay was lovely~ relaxing and peaceful. The cottage was beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The outdoor shower is great too after a day at the beach. Can’t wait to book again !

Heaven in Cohasset

We had an awesome vacation in Cohasset! The apartment was spacious and meticulously maintained. Location was as described - a quick 5 minute walk to my favorite beach which has been upgraded to have new restrooms, food and snacks available. Large porch was perfect for lounging, early morning breakfasts. The location actually had a secluded feel to it - we even spotted a deer twice! The owner was readily available for any questions, etc. Looking forward to a return visit next year!

Storybook cottage set back on a leafy private road with horizon views of Sandy Beach from the porch. Gorgeous yet comfortable beach-vibe furnishings with high ceilings and soft, nautical color way. Sheila is a gracious, helpful, responsive host who has curated a perfectly delightful property.

Would Return In A Heartbeat!

Sheila and Michael were wonderful and responsive hosts. We were so thrilled with the house, I didn't want to leave! The house is exactly what you envision when you think seaside town in New England. We were in the larger cottage, there is an apt above and another rental cottage below. We didn't hear anything from either neighbors at all except when they were on the porch enjoying dinner. The screened in porch is fantastic, we ate every meal out there and enjoyed watching the deer run through the neighborhood. We cooked a fair amount there, the appliances were great and it's stocked with any kitchen gadgets you would need for any type of meal. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beds were quite comfortable as well with nice quality linens. The beach was fantastic (according to my Garmin, 600 steps away!) and we were out there nearly every day. The area is great for running and cycling. Try Seabird for coffee and Peel Pizza! We would definitely return in the future and I'd love to check it out off season sometime as well.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Cohasset

It's difficult to find rentals in Cohasset! A very short walk to the town-only Sandy Beach. Very clean, comfortable, and the screened-in porch was perfect. We will (hopefully) be back.

Absolutely outstanding!

The pictures don’t do this property justice at all! We absolutely loved staying at Sheila’s property. She made everything so easy and was more than welcoming. The house was spotless and in top notch condition! We will definitely be back and highly recommend the cottages!

Excellent in every way

We just returned from a lovely week-long stay in the three-bedroom unit. Sheila is an excellent host, attentive, thoughtful and generous. The space is squeaky clean, cheerfully decorated, modern, with a lovely screened-in porch to relax. The nearby beach is beautiful, very quiet during weekdays, and less than five minutes on foot from the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, and would come back and spend more time in a heartbeat.

Charming cottage in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the cottage in Cohasset. Shelia was there to welcome me with fresh flowers and produce from her garden. She provided a comprehensive list of local activities and places to shop and eat. Despite the slightly gloomy weather the rental was bright and cheery. Being close to Boston was a plus and there was plenty of places to go when the weather was not nice.The cottage was well equipped and had a lovely screened porch. Sandy Beach🏖 was a short walk down the road. Would definitely recommend this property.

A Great Place to Relax and Take in the Breathtaking Beauty!

I recently had the privilege of renting one of these units for 3 months. Our experience was just great; with fantastic views, a great location, a beautiful neighborhood, and the beach 2 minutes away, this turned out to be perfect for us. We had a great stay where we could eat dinner on the patio while overlooking the ocean and then take a quiet stroll around the secluded street. At the same time, we were only minutes from all of the conveniences we needed: grocery, shopping, restaurants, and even skating on the pond in the center of Cohasset. This is a must have!
