Beautiful penthouse with spectacular sea view and swimming pool

Our penthouse is located on the 4th floor of the beautiful bath house Cadzand. Badhuis Cadzand is located in Cadzand-Bad, 10 minutes from Knokke-Heist (Belgium) on the Dutch side of the Zwin nature reserve. Cadzand-Bad is the southernmost resort in the Netherlands. The Badhuis is in a unique location, on top of the dunes, right on the beach. In addition, this penthouse has a roof terrace of 100 m2 with a 360 degree panoramic view over the beach, the dunes, the village and the harbor.

The penthouse consists of a large bright living / dining room with patio doors to the balcony. From here you have a beautiful view over the beach and the dunes. The beautiful, light and compact kitchen is fully equipped and thus runs into the dining area. In one corner of the living room there is a lovely lounge area with a lounger. In the other corner is a wonderful chair to read. In the living room there is the staircase to the roof terrace. The electric roof hatch can be operated with a button on the wall. The view from the roof terrace is unique and phenomenal. On the roof terrace you can relax in the lounge sofas or can be eaten at the large dining table.

Through the hall (where the first toilet is) is the entrance to the two bedrooms. There is a double room with private bathroom and fitted wardrobes and a 4-person room with private bathroom, toilet and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom also has a bath with beautiful views over the dunes and the sea.

In the apartment there is a spacious wardrobe and a storage cupboard with washing machine and dryer.

On the -1 floor is the swimming pool and wellness. You can get here the fastest by taking the elevator to the -1, walking right out of the hallway, until you reach a door, you go through this door and you walk to the left. At the end of the hall you reach a door with wellness. This door can be opened with the 'tag' you received.
