Spacious Apt in the Heart of York | Pass the Keys
Recently renovated 1 bed, light & airy Victorian apartment for up to 2 guests with a parking space. Perfect for a couple or individual looking for a modern and convenient apartment, ideally located just a stones-throw away from Yorks historic city centre.
The flat is professionally cleaned & sanitised after each stay & the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also offer remote access with easy self check in.
We support responsible travel within the current restrictions and therefore my property is available for booking where the purpose of your stay falls within the current guidelines set out by the local Government.
Recently renovated and finished to the highest of standards, the apartment is located on the ground floor and comprises a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, large double bedroom with plenty of storage and a full-size bathroom. In keeping with the Victorian period every room has high ceilings, and there is underfloor heating throughout to keep you nice and cosy.
LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA
Light is a key feature of this apartment and warm sunlight floods the living room and dining area through the huge sash bay window, which overlooks the City Walls and the immaculate communal garden. There is a cosy sofa and armchair where you can relax and read a book, use the Wi-Fi, or watch the TV.
If you would like a formal meal, there is a dining table for up to 4 people in the bay window - a great place to enjoy your morning coffee!
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare a light snack or a delicious meal. Appliances include washer - dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electrical oven ad hob, and microwave. A large period sash window provides plenty of light and offers a charming outlook over the garden.
BEDROOM
The king-size bed is extremely comfortable. The bed will be made up with hotel quality linen, ahead of your arrival, for an extra special touch!
There's plenty of space in the wardrobes and drawers for your belongings. And again a large period sash window provides the perfect view of the garden.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a full-sized bath, wall-mounted shower, basin and toilet. Large fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided for every guest to make you feel extra special.
OUTSIDE
Guests are free to enjoy the beautiful communal gardens with stunning views of York Minster and the City Walls. There is also a dedicated car parking space and secure bike storage.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Just minutes away from the main streets, you can have the perfect night out in one of the many restaurants offering different cuisines, try a typical British pub, or simply enjoy this gorgeous place with a glass of wine and relax at home.
York City Centre - 5 minute walk
York Hospital - 15 minute walk
York Minster - 5 minute walk
Large Sainsbury's Supermarket - 1 minute walk
York Railway Station - 15 minute walk or 5 minute car journey.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
