Sea.Away is located in the gated and security controlled exclusive villas at Sunset Beach, along the south-side of scenic Highway 30-A and directly on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast. The moment you enter through the gates our community you are welcomed to beautiful palm tree lined cobblestone streets, leading you straight to the Gulf of Mexico and heated oceanfront pool. Our location can’t be beat!

ABOUT OUR LOCATION
Sunset Beach is one of the most perfectly located coastal communities, nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach. You'll enjoy access to a private beach and a beachfront heated pool, all less than a 1-minute walk out Sea.Away's front door. You'll find that our home is close to everything you'll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques, spas, and art galleries. For those wanting to get out and explore nature, 30A has four State Parks, walking/biking trails and fifteen coastal dune lakes.

PARKING: Sea.Away includes 2 private, gated tandem parking spaces adjacent to the front door.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. This is not unique to Sea.Away, but is instead common to all homes due to 30A's infrastructure.

Great get away for my daughter & I

Lovely house with all of the amenities I needed. Even though there is no direct view of the beach from the unit, the beach is literally on the other side of the condos and probably quicker to access the beach than if staying in the condos. 3 bdrms & each with their own private bath. Several outside seating areas, private parking & a well appointed kitchen. Host was easy to reach and helpful. A great weekend.

Cole's Family Trip 2023

We loved it here in every aspect other than the crowded beach. I didn't realize when I booked the property how crowded the beach was and I should have done more research on it prior to coming. The beach is amazing the house is amazing the water is amazing the closeness to the beach is amazing the walkability to everything is amazing but you are crammed into a small section of beach when there is tons of open space down the beach or the umbrella company shouldn't get to take all the space up. I like to think we will come back but when you have such a small space for families to set up on the beach without being on top of each other its a little ridiculous. That is not the property of Sea Side's fault just a frustration of the location. Our family had a fabulous time and was blown away by the awesomeness of the property and all the amenities it provided. Definitely loved the area and will look to come back again but possibly with not so crowded of a beach time. I know this is peak family time as well in June/July so maybe we come back in a different month. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Can't recommend this home enough

The other reviews really didn't do this property justice. It's immaculately clean, beautifully designed, has three primary suites (two downstairs and one upstairs) and is just two minutes (if you walk slowly) from the beach. The kitchen is incredible. You don't need to rent a car if you're wanting to enjoy Rosemary and Alys, you can walk or bike to most of the area. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5-10min walk. The sand at the beach is like powdered sugar and the water is beautiful. The beach you can access from the house is very busy, but we had no problem finding a spot each day. There were even chairs and an umbrella at the house so we didn't have to rent anything. It's not easy to find an Uber in the area, so be aware of that and the grocery stores aren't in walking distance. The host was so kind and responsive and the area felt extremely safe and clean. We had a wonderful stay and will be sure to come back!!

Great house, fabulous view. Kitchen was beautiful , had everything you’d need!! Pool and grounds were great. We walked everywhere, Rosemary beach is very unique. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Have already booked for next summer!

Excellent location to Ocean, Pool, Rosemary, Alys. It was clean and everything was perfect. We had already reserved front row beach set up per day, so although it was a popular time to be there, we were always happy with our space. Will be back and have reserved this property for next March again. Thank you to the owner for being considerate to us!

Perfect location and pleasant lodging.

Modern, clean, lavish accommodations for my family of 5 (ages 3-7). Mere steps from the beach, and with access to a simple but heated pool. We loved two things the most: 1) the lodging was perfect for our family of 5. It was the right size, kitchen utensils and appliances were perfect, shared spaces were just the right size without being excessive and wasted, personal spaces were cozy but very functional. Indoor family room balanced with outdoor porches. Tons of beach toys - including a carrying cart - for the little ones. 2) the location was excellent. We had never been to 30A before, but loved being equidistant from Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Could go either direction by foot (just a 5-10 min walk) and be in a beautiful planned community. The homeowner was thoughtful and responsive. I recommend this property. I would aim to stay here again if we can swing it.

Beautiful getaway

New place with great amenities-- like a Vitamix that I wish I would've used. Good outdoor space for sitting. Living room could've used another small couch, but truly lovely! Property manager very responsive. Beach very close and beautiful. Walking distance from town Square and town very quaint!

Wonderful Family Vacation Experience 2022

Our stay was amazing. The house was so clean and easy to get to the beach. The beach is extremely crowded but get there early to put out your chairs and you won't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this location!!!!

Perfect house for our 30A stay

We loved the house and location. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach. My husband was so comfortable sleeping on the bed, he wants me to find out the mattress and sheet set used. Lol It was the perfect house for our first stay there.

A beautiful home in a prime location!

Great experience with family

The property is pristine. There is everything you want in the home. The surrounding area is perfect! Shops, bike rentals, Starbucks, breakfast places and restaurants are all within walking distance. What I wish that I had known....No matter what the season, the beach area will be crowded with rental chairs and umbrellas. Rent your area well in advance so that you have a chance to be on the front row. Otherwise you will feel like a short person at a parade. You won't get to enjoy the water as much. Everything is reserved. One of the best places to eat was Crabbie Steve's. You can only get there from the beach. Just start walking east and you get there in 3 minutes. Get dinner reservations in advance. The best restaurants fill up fast with parties and private events. Popular place for wedding parties and such. Just reserve before you get here and you will have a wonderful week.

Pan Handle Paradise!

I traveled here for a girls trip. Everything in this house is pristine and loaded with charm! High quality kitchen appliances, serve ware & glassware. Beautiful decks, there are several, with comfortable and inviting furniture. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and full size laundry facilities to wash anything you may need to reuse. Any group, couple or family would be at home here. 3 minutes or less to walk to the gorgeous, white sand, clear water, immaculate beach! A pure joy of a vacation! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great Stay

This home was exactly as described. Our family loved walking to both Rosemary and Alys. The beach was beautiful, the courtyard and deck were great for cocktails and dinners outside. The owner perfectly described check in process quickly and we didn’t need any other communication because the listing was just perfect for us!

Hi! We're Sea.Away | 30A. Our family realized our dream of owning a beach home on 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in 2016. We are so excited to invite other beach lovers to our home and we continuously renovate the home to make it even more magical for our family and for our guests. We recently renovated the second floor outdoor space, replacing the floor with Trex flooring to keep your feet cool and splinter free. We also added a covered portion to the deck for enjoyable outdoor dining even on a hot, sunny day. In the winter of 2020, we fully renovated the second floor kitchen, living, and dining room!

We adore the relaxation found on 30A - with the bike paths, nature trails, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, boutiques, spas and of course - the sunsets!!

Our favorite part of our home is the "oh so short distance" from the beach. You can walk to the ocean in less than a minute. This is a great spot for families who have a lot of gear to take to the beach or even groups of people planning on relaxing on the sand during the day. Our home was decorated our family including all of the artwork - it was handmade and inspired by the landscapes of 30A. We hoped to create a space that would allow every traveler to feel at home and at ease.
