'VIE DE SOL' is the place to be! This is a STUNNING luxury beach home - just off the boardwalk and steps away from the beach stairs and super soft white sand private beach. This home is located in an exclusive gated Gulf-side community called Water's Edge, and it shares the south wall with Rosemary Beach. This elegant gated community only has 34 homes, so we are able to enjoy a low people density on our beach.

This house underwent a MASSIVE remodel - and was just completed in May 2020! All new kitchen and appliances (TWO refrigerators), modern light fixtures, cabinetry and Cambria Quartz island and counters, all bathrooms gutted and updated, added two powder rooms, new bunk room (4 beds), small child's size bunk added within third floor master, all masters now have private bath vs. shared. Also added a tankless hot water heater for uninterrupted hot water flow! New furnishings and luxury linens, designer furniture... a total upgrade!

Just one house back from the 30-foot beach bluff, you do not have to leave the house to enjoy the warm Gulf breezes, gorgeous views, and soothing sound of the surf. This luxury home features three spacious master bedrooms, one on each level, all with private bathrooms and king beds (top floor has inset bunk beds sized for younger children); and a bunk room with 4 beds on the second floor. Bathrooms are all new. Almost all the furniture and rugs have been replaced, along with new tvs, and a fabulous large new smart tv for the family room. The house is newly painted, both on the interior and exterior.

The welcoming first floor features ceramic tile throughout. The private ground-floor master bedroom has a private bathroom, which includes double sinks and a lighted adjustable vanity mirror. This master suite has a new tv and features a king-sized bed. Slip out the French doors to the garden and pool area. Also on the first floor is the spacious laundry room, complete with full-sized washer and dryer and fold down ironing board to make beach living easy. A new powder room is now available on the first floor for added convenience to all using the pool and beach.

The second floor is the highlight of the house where the large, 35-foot great room/kitchen with wide-plank oak flooring is the perfect gathering spot for dining and relaxation. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances, two fridges, and updated cabinetry and quartz island. It is a dream for beach cooking!

Enjoy tv on the brand new 65" smart tv, where you can sit with friends and family in a large designer sectional or other comfortable chairs conveniently placed, or relax with a game of cards or board game at the table just off the kitchen. French doors open to a spacious porch looking over the boardwalk to the beach with a teak table and chairs - perfect for an al fresco, sea-side dinner. Or, just take a book and a beverage of your choice and enjoy a comfortable spot in one of the two comfy chairs out there on the deck, where you have privacy but can enjoy a bit of people watching as you see beachgoers pass by underneath on their short stroll to the beach stairs.

A spacious bedroom on the second floor features a King-sized bed with custom headboard made with beautiful designer fabric. Other modern pieces complete the room. Our new remodel added a private bathroom with tub, walk in shower, and adjustable lighted vanity mirror to this king suite.

A wonderful kids room is also on the second floor, with double Bunkbeds. The bunk room tv is set up for Netflix access (not regular tv channels) so favorite Netflix shows can be streamed. There is a bathroom with shower right across the hall on the second floor for all to use.

A large master suite is located on the third floor. It encompasses nearly the entire floor, and features a king-sized bed, tv, and private bathroom. We also added smaller sized inset bunk beds (33.5 x 64.5) so you can have your younger children close by. The bathroom was totally updated with walk-in shower, quartz counters, double sinks, and lighted adjustable vanity mirror. Breathtaking Gulf views await you from this luxurious suite, where you can open the French doors to a private porch and enjoy the beach breeze and take in the gorgeous and calming view. Occasionally you will see dolphins frolicking in the Gulf, and almost daily you can see pelicans fly by. Out in the hallway we added a powder room, as next year we plan to expand the third floor deck as an incredible lounge space for a spacious outdoor seating area.

You can't be a whole lot closer to the beach than this house! Step out the private patio gate to the pathway, and it is a 50-foot stroll down the boardwalk path to the beautiful, white-sand beach. No roads to cross. Upon your return from the beach, a shower awaits you just inside the gate where you can rinse the sand away. New ceramic tile, cool to the feet, surrounds a large, private, 10-foot by15-foot pool, where you can lounge in the sun, or stay cool in the shade of the wraparound, tiled patio. We heat the pool at no additional cost during the cooler months. A natural gas barbecue grill is poolside for easy cooking, so no worries about propane running out.

***We provide for your convenience complimentary beach service which includes set up of one umbrella and two lounge chairs (March through Thanksgiving). We do not provide beach towels, bikes, or additional beach chairs.

** The house has dedicated parking for 3 vehicles. It has a covered parking spot, a small garage bay, and a parking pad in front of the garage. We cannot guarantee additional parking close by.

** FREE Heated Pool for use during cooler months. Set to 90 degrees!

'Vie De Sol' is where you will want to be! Perfectly located, just a three-minute walk to Rosemary Beach town center, where there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Also close by at the intersection of 30A and 98 are restaurants which should satisfy all tastes - for instance Italian, Mexican, Burgers, and Seafood. Just outside our gate across the street is Seacrest Sundries, which is a small grocery, where they serve breakfast/lunch and have a coffee/smoothie bar. Also right across the street is a beer bar, with numerous craft beers on tap. Nearby are the seaside towns of Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, and Panama City. For those who want to rent bikes, Peddlers is just outside our neighborhood in Seacrest, on 30A, just about a 1-minute walk away. In addition to Rosemary Beach offerings, there are restaurants, ice cream and sweets shops, and boutique stores right across the street in Seacrest. Our neighborhood is so conveniently located, it's just minutes to stroll to Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach stores and restaurants. You can park your car at the house and just walk everywhere!
