The home is even more beautiful than the pictures!

I stayed with my 80 year-old mom and sister and the house was perfect for us. The multiple outdoor patios were quite a hit. My mom really enjoyed watching the boats and the whole neighborhood was very quiet.

Lagoon Life

Last-minute vacation pick. We've never stayed in the lagoon before and really enjoyed our time at the house swimming and relaxing. The neighborhood is super peaceful during the week!

Had a wonderful time. Very clean had most items needed for cooking. Great outdoor spaces to relax, eat, or read. The owner was quick to respond when I reached out. Would stay again for sure.

We had a lovely week in beach haven west. The back patio overlooking the bay is beautiful. At this price point there are a few noticings: the house could use a full deep clean by professionals. The rooms were dusty especially the floor boards behind the beds. The kitchen cabinets were old and all of the bottom rows when opened, there was an odor and tiny gnats flew out. I was therefore hesitant to use the kitchen supplies that were there. Aside from bringing your own linens, beach and bath towels, don’t forget to bring: paper towels, toilet paper, bath mats, hand towels, kitchen garbage bags. Overall a nice trip, aside from the house needing a deep clean.

Inviting Shore Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean and spacious home. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with various appliances, mixing/serving bowls, pans, etc. The lovely views from the backyard and both balconies provided the perfect atmosphere for enjoying our morning and evening cups of tea. The location is also not too far from other shore towns, so it was easy to make day trips to the boardwalk. It was nice coming back to a peaceful neighborhood after spending an evening at Seaside Heights. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Great House with Superior Views

The property worked out great for our family. It was a very comfortable house with a great open floor plan downstairs where the kitchen with big island flows into the dining and great room. Check in was easy, and everything was as advertised. The location on the lagoon was great fun, and being at the intersection of the canals meant great views across one and down the other. The outdoor screen room with roof was a welcome respite from the sun. Thank you!

Beautiful property on the canal!

This was a great location, well equipped home that was able to accommodate 2 families with small children. Of note is there are 2 sets of stairs for anyone with littles who may not be able to navigate them. The home was well stocked and clean. We had an initial problem with the washing machine, but the owner took care of it right away. The lanai and outdoor area was beautiful and well equipped to enjoy dinners on the patio while looking over the water. Great location to LBI and Manahawkin.

The Perfect Beach House!

My family and I stayed here for 4 weeks (May-June) during Covid-19. We live in a city and needed more indoor and outdoor space for our young children (ages 5 and 3). We could not have asked for a better place to call home for a month! The moment we walked in the door, we were all so excited and my kids could not stop running around inside and outside. The house is laid our perfectly for a family and for entertaining, with a very large open concept kitchen/living space that flows right out onto the large patio with a dining table and a sun room (perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails). There is also a wonderful grill that we loved using for dinner several times a week. The bedrooms are all good size and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have access to a deck which was amazing! The house was very clean and neat when we arrived and the owners were very easy to deal with and super responsive when we had a couple questions. The location of the house is also great - it is a very quiet street and just one block away is a cute park with basketball courts, tennis courts and a playground. The house also has a built-in basketball hoop in the driveway that we did not see in the photos but could not have been more perfect for my kids! Overall we had an incredible stay and would definitely rent this home again. Thank you Azra!!

Beautiful, comfortable home right on the lagoon. Fun in the sun and five minute ride to LBI. We biked, walked, kayaked, and hung out in the lagoon! Great stay at this property. Thank you to the owners!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect! We were able to bring our boat and jet ski. The layout of the house is terrific the large kitchen/family room area was beautiful and open. Plenty of bathrooms and kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Large deck area and the best of all a nice screened in outdoor room! House was clean and property owner responded quickly to all our questions! We had a wonderful stay!😎

Beach Haven West visit

This house was beautiful and spacious. We were all very comfortable and really enjoyed all that came with the house. The backyard was also just as enjoyable. We brought our own kayaks and utilized the lagoon daily. It was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed sitting out back and watching boats and jet skis going by and everiwaa friendly. A memorable time at Paul Blvd. !!

NJ visit 2021

The house was just as advertised and very comfortable. Great location with a great dock for the little boat we towed with us. The owner was very responsive, friendly and exceptionally helpful to our needs. I'm 78 and my wife is 76, if our health allows, we will rent the house again for the same three weeks in June next year.

AMAZING!!

Beautiful and relaxing waterfront property created for rest and enjoyment! Spacious and updated! We had a family of 8 and always had plenty of room spread out and enjoy ourselves. Azra and Nihad were attentive and very quick to respond to any and all questions and needs. We've stayed on this property twice now and will be sure to return!

Recommend for those with young kids— perfect week!

We are a young family of 5, with a 6YO, 3YO and 10 week old. My biggest concern with young kids was having the water so close and not being able to relax, but ultimately decided having such easy access to all the fun the water brings would give us the most activity without having to venture too far. We made the right choice! Having a completely fenced in yard, with a “kid-tricky” gate was a big reason we chose this property to rent. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, but especially those with young kids (there’s even a step stool in one of the upstairs bathrooms). We rented a kayak and a paddle board from Route 72 Kayaks for the week and they dropped off and picked up the equipment right to the house. Super convenient. We also brought our own crab traps and fishing rods. We were out on the water everyday. It was exactly what we were looking for. We reached out to the owners a couple times for minor questions (one umbrella was giving us trouble but we were able to fix it, and the water/ice machine in the fridge wasn’t turned on and we wanted to make sure they were aware) and they were very responsive and helpful. They made us feel welcome without ever meeting face to face. Key box check in was extremely convenient. Only heads up I’d give to future renters is that the kitchen isn’t super stocked. We couldn’t find pot holders, or cookie sheets and it was a good thing we only caught 9 keeper crabs because there wasn’t a lobster/crab pot. Most of the basics are there though! Thanks for a great week!!

Lagoon front get away.

If you’re looking for a very large open floor plan with beautiful decks and a dock, this is for you. 15 min from the beach. Have the best of both worlds and bring paddle boards, kayaks and floats. Evenings outdoor watching the sun setting sky was wonderful. The screened porch was perfect for those buggy hot nights since it had a ceiling fan. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Great vacation house!!!

Beautiful house. The location is amazing. Quiet street. Being on the water was wonderful. Big deck. Dune room was perfect for morning coffee. We used the dock and swam everyday. The house was clean and very roomy. Everyone had their own space. Huge kitchen that made it easy to cook. World stay there again for sure!
