This lovely Holmes Beach condominium features 2 living floors and 3 verandas, above an enclosed over-sized garage. On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with outdoor veranda. Plenty of windows keep the unit bright and airy, not to mention offering amazing views.

Also on the same floor is a twin room with 2 single beds. This bedroom has its own veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool.

Upstairs is the beautiful master suite. It is a large room with a screen door that you can open to enjoy the inter coastal breezes and the birds! Within minutes you are on the sugar sand beaches that stretch for miles along the Gulf of Mexico.! You can also easily walk to stores and restaurants. For added convenience, right in front of the complex you can board the free trolley and explore the island.

It is one of the finest beaches in the United States.
