Luxury resort at Loon Mountain. Our condo at RiverWalk Resort offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, 1078 sq ft, sleeps 8, 2 balconies, views of Loon from all windows and balconies, fireplaced living room with sleep sofa, central air.

On-site amenities: heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, ice rink (converts to 2nd outdoor heated pool in summer), state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, horse-drawn sleigh rides, La Vista Restaurant and Bar, Seven Birches Winery. For your convenience, RiverWalk offers complimentary winter shuttle service to Loon Mountain (drop-off locations at Governor's Lodge and Octagon Lodge).

Also available as two separate units: a one bedroom with full kitchen, living room with sleep sofa and bathroom (VRBO #1157021) OR a studio lockout with queen bed, sleep sofa, kitchenette and bathroom (VRBO #1156301). Daily cleaning is available at guests expense, please specify if you would like daily cleanings before reserving.

Loon Mountain offering many year-round activities: skiing and tubing, bike trails, aerial forest adventure park, gondola sky rides, zipline adventures, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, Logjam Maze, spiderweb of fun. Other nearby attractions: Whale's Tale Water Park, mini-golf, Clark's Trading Post, Alpine Adventures, The Basin at Franconia Notch, kayaking and canoeing.

Beautiful vacation

Great access to Loon ski and area attractions!

Very nice and clean (and current!) rooms and resort! We rented the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for my family of 3 and in-laws. It was close to Loon mountain (5 min drive) which was the purpose of our trip and had lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Everything about this process and stay was incredibly easy. The units accommodated our family perfectly, the facility is beautiful and clean and has something for everyone. Looking forward to returning.

Great place for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was central to activities. Staff upon check in were excellent. Resort was impeccably clean. We cooked in the kitchen every night. A grocery store is located right next to the resort. Complimentary Laundry machines at the end of the hallway. Pools and hot tub area excellent and large. The pictures accurately represent the space. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely book the space again when we return to the area.

The place is amazing I highly recommended.

The units were awesome beautiful, beds were so confortable. Everything is close by; we didn’t need to drive. There is a shuttle from the property to go skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing. Our kids loved it . And at night we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Alyssa for the beautiful place you have and for letting us stay 😊 we will come next year.

The property is located very convenient to south peak of loon and is a beautiful hotel.

The adjoining units we stayed in was perfect. Our only issue was with the skating rink not being functional and we were looking forward to that amenity. Other than that I would 100% recommend staying in these units.

Fantastic family vacation at Loon Mountain!

This 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed to make this the perfect family ski vacation. The condo is brand new and super clean. Very well furnished with everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and had everything ready for us at check in. Close to Loon Mountain resort for skiing. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by. We loved the Riverwalk at Loon Mountain resort. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay!

We traveled with two families (4 adults, 3 children total) for 3 nights in early August. The 2 BR condo was extremely clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We were able to cook several meals in this well-equipped kitchen and do laundry (on the same floor) before heading to our next destination. We swam in the heated pool and used the fitness center daily. My husband and I were both pleased with the equipment in the fitness center and the kids loved the size of the pool. Both have an amazing view of the mountains! The condo is centrally located and was perfect for spending one day at Mt. Washington, one day boating on Squam Lake, and a day relaxing at the condo. The only glitches we had were related to check-in . The folks at the front desk could not find my name on this reservation (after looking in various ways) and it took some time before it was all straightened out. And after heading upstairs, we realized they only gave us keys to one of the two bedrooms we had booked. On the second day, we couldn't get into the rooms and tried to get the room key magnetized again but the front desk seemed confused again and asked if we were extending our stay (even though we had booked the rooms for three evenings). Other than these minor hassles, the condo itself and working with the condo owner, Alyssa, was a very pleasant experience. Alyssa was extremely responsive to several e-mails leading up to the trip and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Property
