This three-level townhouse is so complete you might think you were at home. Enter via the outer foyer to the spacious main living area with kitchen, dining area, and living area. Cook your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen, including both a standard and Keurig coffee maker, and serve it at the dining table with seating for six to eight. Four additional seats are available at the kitchen counter nearby. In the living area, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with a Blueray DVD. Air conditioning has been added in the living area for the summer season. Also, on the entry level, you will find a 1/2 bath, laundry room, and access to the back deck with a wooded view and sounds of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River.

Downstairs, you will find a recreation room with a smart television, ping-pong table, air conditioning, and a pyramid (twin/full) bunk bed set. Off the rec room are two bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds, while the other has a queen bed.

Two bedrooms, each with an attached full private bath, are located on the uppermost level of the townhouse. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, and a smart flat-screen television. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, a Smart television, and air conditioning.

During the summer, take a dip in the nearby old-fashioned river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.
This unit has four air conditioners: one in each of the upstairs bedrooms, one in the living room, and one in the lower game room.
There is an electric grill on the deck and a new gas grill under the deck.
