This 900 sq. ft. rental set in a Villa like setting has its own private entrance and is located in the "RETREAT" section of beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch located 20 minutes sw of Phoenix .You'll be treated to beautiful views of mountains and deserts. Unbelievable sunsets and star filled night skies will be the perfect ending to your day. Local golfing, water activities on our many lakes and rivers and sight seeing is a way of life all year long.

The host was welcoming and the facilities were exceptional. Room was very clean and well supplied. Bed was extremely comfortable. There was nothing more that we could have asked for and everything beat all expectations.

Gorgeous and Perfect!

This could be the best VRBO I’ve stayed in to date. I’m by myself on the road for work, and this stay was the closest to feeling at home than any other spot. I’m blown away by the amenities, price, accomodation from owners, comfort, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. I would buy this little spot if I could, it’s perfect. I recommend to anyone.

This place is perfect! Wayne and Kimberly were so kind and generous.

This was by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were so kind and wonderful people. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty. There is great hiking and golf nearby.

Lovely Goodyear Getaway

This is a truly beautiful and quiet getaway corner! Immaculate, stylish, quiet, easy access to the things we wanted to do in the area! Lovely interior, privatr entrance, beautiful views. Our hosts were thoughtful, generously helped us with an issue we had with our trailer, best directions on getting there in bad weather, very friendly and easygoing. Highly recommend this place if you appreciate quiet beauty and thoughtful hosts.

Vacation at Lach residence at Estrella in Phoenix

We were thoroughly impressed with the suite and amenities that our hosts provided. Their attention to detail in supplying everything we needed as well as the cleanliness was impressive. We found out Wayne Lach built the entire facility and it was gorgeous. Health permitting, we will definitely try to return for another stay.

Beautiful desert and mountain views

This home was lovely and the owners were very pleasant and thoughtful. The setting was quiet and beautiful. The large private patio was the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The attention to detail was amazing. We were so comfortable and felt so at home that it was hard to leave. We are planning to go back for longer stay.

Peaceful

We had a very nice, peaceful time at Wayne and Kim's beautiful villa. They are incredibly generous with having this lovely place stocking with all the essentials...and then some! Spotlessly clean, quiet location, yet with easy access to walking paths to a nice park and around a lake. Grocery shopping is about 1-1/2 mile away, two golf courses are also nearby, as are two wonderful restaurants. Strongly recommend!

Expectations Exceeded !

The property was absolutely amazing. From the welcoming by the owners upon arrival to the TOP END furnishings and property itself. Everything was furnished that a was needed for a comfortable stay and beyond. Amenities went well beyond any expectations we had. It would be a10 STAR Review if we could. We will be definitely try to return when in the Goodyear area. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.

Desert paradise

Luxury and comfort everywhere you look: full kitchen, with deluxe coffee, Keurig, and all dishes and cookware. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Separate bedroom with a walk-in closet almost as big as some hotel rooms. Dressers and hangars/closet space aplenty. And Wayne and Kim are generous hosts with wine, cookies, and all the bathroom staples you could want. Estrella is a gem of a community if you haven't experienced it too.

Very quiet

We enjoyed our stay. The suite is a “mother-in-law” space. It is in an upscale area and had everything we needed. The owners are very friendly and were truly interested in making our stay enjoyable. The power went out on our first night, they brought candles and an additional flashlight and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Wayne & Kim are present when/if needed but not overly so. Kim shared a CD of her singing at the end of our stay, it is a beautiful compilation that we enjoyed on our drive home. She is also an accomplished seamstress—the quilt on the bed will make you feel right at home!

A surprising and relaxing vacation

We were surprised by how nice Wayne and Kim's Vrbo is. The pictures of the property are nice but not as nice as being present to see it with your own eyes. We loved the decor and plan to incorporate some of it in some upcoming remodeling of our home. This was the cleanest and most peaceful Vrbo experience we've had so far. Wayne and Kim were very interesting, friendly, and easy to talk to. We couldn't ask for nicer hosts. They have put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable and set up with most everything they'd need. We missed being there as soon as we left. We plan to stay with them again as soon as our schedule permits. There were many nice comments in the guest book and we added to them. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying a stay at this Vrbo.

Beautiful apartment in a huge southwestern home!

We loved this apartment!! It’s an in-law apartment with its own entrance and all the amenities you’d ever need! There’s a full kitchen with an island, a table, a sitting area with a couch and 2 recliners, a master bedroom with very comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, bathroom, shower, washer and dryer! It is immaculate!! The perfect size for 2 people!! The owners, Wayne and Kim are so accommodating!! They live in the big house and want to please! They stock the apartment with almost anything you’d ever need. They are friendly, but don’t invade your space. I highly recommend this rental!! I’m sure we will return!! Thank you Wayne and Kim!!!

AMAZING Property & Owners!!!!

We are so glad we picked this property to rent for our time in Goodyear; the neighborhood was tranquil day or night, and the property itself was beyond our expectations; Wayne put his heart into this space with regards to building it out, and it showed tremendously; Kimberly rolled out the red carpet and didn't miss any details she had all the best touches. We had our own space, entrance, and courtyard. They were marvelous, warm, funny, and just overall great people. They were there to help, assist, and support you if needed. The location is perfect for around-the-corner mountain biking, golfing, hiking, or walking. The neighborhood is safe, inviting, and easy access to the 303 or I-10 if you need to head anywhere in Phoenix. There is a local spot for grocery shopping or getting gas on your way in or out and a picture-perfect lake with pickle ball courts. We will be back to stay again!!!! Thank you both for everything.

Walking on egg shells.....

The unit we stayed in was very nice. Stocked well (for short stays). Very comfortable. However, the owner, Wayne, was a Dr. Jekyell and Mr. Hyde! One minute he is Mr. nice guy. But the second you do something he doesn't like, he jumps all over you, chews you out and belittles you. Tells you he has never had a worse tenant. Then the next minute he is Mr. nice guy again. He made us afraid to do anything. Very, very uncomfortable feeling. We would not recommend this property! (Kim was a sweetheart).

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at....great location and owners!

Stayed 3 nights for Spring Baseball trip and loved this place. It is as advertised and more. Owners were great to work with. This is a mother-in-law type apartment in owner's large residence. We were not familiar with the Estrella/Goodyear area...but if you are visiting anywhere near there and you have 1-4 people this is a great pick. One very nice king bed and a pull out bed. Estrella is perfect to visit baseball games or golf and then leave the city and go into the hills to relax at this property. The Estrella community and the location of this property are perfect if you like to go play and then come home to quiet. The property is near the end of the community on a quiet road. It was great to have the owners upstairs, but they had the place set up perfectly....we didn't have any questions. They are good at being available, but not too available...they respect your privacy too. I would stay here again in a second. Two lakes nearby for scenery and great to run around them or walk around. Also, tennis courts, basketball courts close by.....just a fun community and location to visit. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had....
