LOVELY AND UPDATED TWO BEDROOM OCEAN FRONT CONDO AVAILABLE NOW!

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearence is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

The condo itself had a great view and was very clean, with the exception of the kitchen sink which is grossly stained and should be replaced. The kirchen is minimally furnished. The entry door to the condo looks too dirty to touch - a terrible first impression. We would not rent at Royal Gardens again because of the location and the 2-car passes only with nowhere for an additional car to park.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seabreeze Realty charged 317.21 in fees on top of the weekly rate. 29.71 for credit card fee, 75 for Administrative fee 87.50 linen, and 125 cleaning fee. There should be no linen fee as it has always been included in the cleaning fee according to the Seabreeze brochure!

When we entered our room, it was clean and orderly.WE stayed 7 days, and had a very nice time at this resort. The location of this resort to the local area was just what we needed, to do things outside of the resort. I would highly recommend this resortto anyone who wants to enjoy a nice summer vacation.

If what I stayed in was an upgrade, I’d hate to see the orig room. Stunk like cigars, nasty carpet, I’ll-equipped kitchen. Ceiling falling in smaller bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Jets in jacuzzi would not turn off bc switch was broken. The only good thing was the view and that’s if you could stand the cigarette smoke from your neighbors. The parking garage is a joke. Will not stay here again. The pics on website must be from another hotel.

Location the best

Great location which is number 1 on my list of must haves. Ceiling tiles in community bath need to be replaced as they were peeling and hanging. Jacacuzzi tub would have been nice but jets needed a good cleaning so just used the shower. Now the elevators is a whole different story. They were very slow but they were in the process of getting them repaired. I just told my family that the elevators will teach you patience 😀. Even though a few issues we had a great family vacation and will stay there again.

One of the bathrooms that they called a full, in the shower you were barely able to fit a grown person. The air conditioning system was so loud that it kept us up at night and the outside deck was unkempt with old and dirty chairs and tables. Again, we would never come back to this place and stay there ever!!!
