BEAUTIFUL 2 BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON THE BEACH

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time here. On our second day there Sunday May 24 . Morning started out with rain storm. Started hearing gushing sounds from the laundry area. Next thing we start seeing water on the floor and then the ceiling water coming out of ceiling. Called emergency number . No answer. Soon after got tex message “asking what was wrong” . Proceeded texting them of what was going on with all the water leaks eventually Jerry from maintenance came they thought a air-conditioning cooler had ruptured above. We got moved to second condo upon arrival and noticed it not very cool in there swimming that nobody was there so that’s what reason was so I did drop the thermostat down to 72 went out to breakfast did our thing beach so far so long came back at about 5 o’clock and it was still reading 74° in condo with this problem we decided just to leave and we left a day early . Beautiful location close to things unfortunately not a great first time impression with all the problems we occurred.

Beach Family Vacation

A chair in the living area is broken, the back of it will not hold anyone sitting in it. There is what looks like water damage on the ceiling above the door and window in the master bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for moms 82nd birthday trip

Exactly like listing. Getting from car to room to beach worked great for limited mobility. Rugs not needed imho. Sofa bed used for lounging watching tv but difficult to open and close. Parking tight but top level great for getting to 209 for my mom

Property was outdated and furniture was basic/old. Coffee pot did not work. Hall shower was basically unusable due to size. Overall, it needs a complete remodel.

The condo was very accommodating and clean. The balcony was perfectly positioned to enjoy the beach, pool, and people. This building has a restaurant, The Salty Pickle, that offered amazing food and drinks.We were disappointed with no tv in the second bedroom as seen in the pictures. We also had a maintenance issue during our stay. Although they came in several times to address it, they were unable to resolve it prior to our leaving.Considering the mentioned issues, we would consider staying there again.

We apologize for the maintenance issue that occurred during your stay. Unfortunately, the issue required extensive repairs to properly resolve. While our maintenance team and HVAC contractor worked diligently to diagnose the source of the problem during your visit, the permanent repair ultimately required opening a portion of the ceiling. We are pleased to report that the issue has since been fully resolved. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the television in the second bedroom and will review the listing photos to ensure they accurately reflect the unit's current amenities. Also, the hot water tank in the closet causes the bedroom to be uncomfortably warm. (may want to install a tankless system) Many electric receptacles need to be replaced as most won't hold a plug. The sliding doors to the deck are difficult to open and close.

Beach trip

Everything was “perfect” except for the TV. We never could get it to work properly even with directions. And cutting our trip short because of hurricane Ian!!! BUT… It was clean, very comfortable, and the view couldn’t be better. I would most definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, second floor was a great location.

The unit was very clean and the second floor location was great. The second bedroom and bath were small but adequate. The kitchen and living room were good. The only negative was the mattresses were could be better. The size of the property was good for four and just as advertised.

We were sitting by pool and someone threw a kitchen chair off of the balcony (no possible way it blew off) it missed my head by inches. Not the resorts fault but felt like the staff brushed it under the table. But in spite of that I will still return.

I looked through the side window an it was a grown middle man in his pjs drunk as a shrink. Guess he locked himself out of his room or something. He wondered off and that was thatAnyway we had a good time and will probably be back.
