We returned for a second visit to Orchard Cottage.

We returned for a second visit to Orchard Cottage. Shame about the weather but it was October after all. We enjoyed the peaceful location and the comfortable well equipped cottage. The view across the orchard is wonderful and Percy our parrot really enjoyed watching the multitude of visiting birds and other wildlife. We have already booked the cottage for 2021. A neat cottage, clean and tidy. Situated within easy reach of other places, although you need to be confident with one track roads. Very pleasant cottage located on a well kept estate/farm.

Very pleasant cottage located on a well kept estate/farm. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very welcoming, allowed our children to walk around the farm freely. We were all made to feel very welcome.

We were all made to feel very welcome. We have not been to a cottage which had so much attention to detail - and thoughtfulness, from the owner. Our dog - a year old Labrador loved it too. In spite of age and infirmity we hope we will be able to visit again soon.

Quiet rural location surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife, yet only a 8 min drive to supermarkets, restaurants, etc at Cromer. Great location for cycling with lots of country lanes, near to the coast and Broads.
