Situated close to the River Greta and Fitz Park and 5 minutes level walk to all the amenities in Keswick town centre. The cottage was extensively refurbished and upgraded, and the kitchen refurbished in spring 2023. Walk from the house up to Latrigg, a small fell with stunning views and only around an hour away. Walk to the lake in 15 minutes where you will find beautiful views, paddle boarding, kayaking, wild swimming and other water activities. Motor launches on the lake for sightseeing and for use as transport from one side to the other.

The property is also well placed for parks, including a 5 minute walk to Fitz Park with attractive walks, a bowling green, putting green, children’s playground as well as a cricket ground that’s been nominated as the prettiest in England, and a BMX track. Further afield just over a 10 minute walk will take you to Hope Park, with café, pitch and putt, crazy golf and 18 hole putting, pétanque pitches, access to the theatre, lake launches, lakeside walks and beyond!
