This home is situated in the prestigious new Champions Gate development, close to Disney and Reunion and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.

This home boasts over 3,000+ sq ft for you and your family to relax and unwind from long days at the park. This home has a large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families, and groups. The living area features plenty of seating around the large LCD TV, and adjacent is the dining area with seating for 8, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The property has One King master bedrooms located on the first floor plus another Queen Bedroom . Both have en suite baths with walk in showers . There is a King size bedroom located on the second floor for added . Three other rooms complete the second floor with twin size beds plus another Queen suite

Make the most out of your vacation, the home also has large sotting area upstairs with large LCD TV for those days where you just want to stay in and enjoy this fabulous home. Catch up on your favorite movies whilst lounging on the large sectional sofa. The property also has a fully air conditioned games room complete with pool table, foosball, and air hockey .

Great vacation spot

Our family stayed for 7 days and then friends ( all adults) joined us for another 7 days. Our Grand children pretty well lived in the pool when not visiting the parks. The pool and spa were enjoyed by all. We spent a day at the local Oasis club, a good facility but expensive. The house was well laid out and everyone enjoyed their rooms.

Great place with a lot of space. Unfortunately our AC went out upstairs in our last day there. It was 90 degrees up there. Took hours to get a tech there to fix it.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Weā€™ve stayed in Champions Gate many times, this was one of our favorite homes. Itā€™s very spacious. We had 4 adults and 6 children, there was more than enough room for everyone. Pool area was perfect and game room was a great addition. We would stay here again.

We have bee travelling to this area 3 times a year for the last 13 years and have had some minor issues but none like this. There were 3 live cockroaches in the home, the kitchen sink wasn't hooked up to hot water and one of the main floor bedrooms had a leak and mold growing in the corner. He contact the management company, executive rentals 6 times and we were continually dismissed and felt that since they were paid we wern't important. Someone finally came after a week to spray but none of the other issues were addressed or looked at. We called a mold company to come in to look at the bedroom and they confirmed it was mold. 2 people in our party left after 4 days and stayed in a hotel as they were conerned since one of them had respiratory problems. We asked to be moved to another property and they said none were available but when you go into their website many showed availability in the same area. No professionalism with this company and very concerning on a health bases. Will not rent from them again.

Nice house, good location

We had a very enjoyable few days here. The house is very clean, inside and out! I have rented others where the pool enclosure is dirty and had bugs, this was spotless. Listing was as described. Also very nicely stocked with the exception of bath towels. There was only one per adult, but we washed them and made do. There are pool towels, though and that was nice. Communication was excellent and much appreciated.I would definitely return to this house.

Great Property!

The property was as described. We had ease with check in, adding pool heat and adding my uncle as a guest for the day. The pool was beautiful and the house was big! A few small things were needing to be fixed but nothing major. We would definitely book this home again! I saw a few older questionable reviews but Iā€™m very happy with our stay!

A beautiful respite after having to evacuate our beach rental.

The property was beautiful and even better than the listing suggested. The oasis pool was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood vibe was great with young children to go on morning walks. We had a great time at this home. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. I will say that we asked for early check in and this could have played into the home not being thoroughly cleaned. It was dusty and had some dirty tissues left u der beds. The linens also smelled dirty and had to be washed but the house was lovely otherwise. We would stay here again.

Stay at Champions Gate

The house itself is in great condition and in a great neighborhood. However, the property manager did not send the names of the guests to the front gate on time. We had to call the emergency line multiple times delaying our entry to the gated community, because the security was giving us a hard time. In addition, the property manager failed to mention that someone was coming to repair the AC unit in the garage. Also, there was no trash can, or bags in the kitchen. Otherwise the house is very clean and the rooms are comfortable.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It was means my husband and 4 of my siblings and their spouses. All was good we just had a couple problems with the pool and the washing machine. Theses things had nothing to do with the house at all we loved the house and the problems we had could happen at any time it was just happened when we were there. The repair man didn't think anything was wrong with the washing machine he told us we didn't know how to run it. So that meant he didn't come back right away when we called so we had to wrong out our clothes by hand. This went on for almost a week. The pool heater busted a hose and was leaking water fast. They came right over within 10 minutes and shut the heater off and left so we had to fill the pool back up and they never come back to fix it for a few days and that was only when we had to call again. With this all said the house was great and would go back again it wasn't their fault things do break down and they answered every call we made it was the repair men that didn't want to come and I'd believe it was because it was a weekend.

Run!! Stay away!!!

We have reached out to VRBO, Andrew and Executive dept regarding our dissatisfaction, unsanitary, non access and broke or damaged items. We arrived Thursday night and noticed a blanket, broken chair and garbage outside of home we were next sent the access code to enter the home nor did we get a password for wifi. we had to call the emergency line to get the code for home. There was no proper instructions or info sent to use before we arrive. The heat is on on the 2nd level and A/C on 1st not able to adjust settings, The comforter and pillows has stains on them, he table were not cleaned, the bathroom shower and floors were not cleaned, we had to catch Walmart before it closed Thursday to buy sheets and pillows cases, bleach, lysol, tissue. There is no soap but the mini soap to wash hands or clean dishes with, no garbage bags, the refrigerator was not cleaned we had to clean it to put our beverages, snacks and leftover on it, the door handle to the refrigerator is broken, the rug in the living room had stuff on it and look dirty, im sure if the shower floors and the bathroom floor was cleaned the cleaner probably didn't clean the toilets properly we had to wipe those done, table outside by pool not clean had white debris and residue on it, stains are all over the chairs, door in the bathroom on 1st level has a whole in it, Foosball table and air hockey doesn't work there are broken chairs in garage. The lamps in two rooms did not work, in my room the dresser tops were not cleaned there black and gray marks and lines all over the walls throughout the house, there are closet doors off track, garbage can in kitchen has a dent in it. The movie projector doesnt work, some of the blinds on door and window are broke or hanging and I can go on and on... The main issues is this house being unsanitary, the lack of communication, discomfort, and not having toilet paper, garbage bags, soap for kitchen this not feeling like a home away from home, finding stains and not having clean tables and counter, beds, bathroom, refrigerator and kitchen. We are in a pandemic and so this was very disappointing. This is not right and this place should not be listed on vrbo under these conditions. Let me know if what pictures u want me to send you.

Second time staying in this house

This was our second time staying in this house 1538 moonvalley. The place is super clean and has plenty of rooms and bathroom for everyone. There where 6 adults staying here. The pool and spa where great after a long day in the parks. The pool and spa heat is well worth the money. As I have said this is a great place to stay and the management company

Disney Trip

The place was awesome. It had all the important things available. There were a few small hindrances - 1) The key pad didn't work and we couldn't get a manager on the phone for two hours. 2) There were some light fixtures /switches throughout the house which did not work. 3) There should have been more detailed instructions on arrival- one of the gates had no access for "visitors" and it left us confused as to how we would get to the house. That gate has no directions or instructions. 4) The tv's/service were of course different than we have and there was no instruction on use. 5) The house also needs an upgrade on the water heater as he house is designed for 6 bedrooms but after three people took a bath or shower...ā€¦ā€¦ the rest of us froze. With all this being said, my family and I would definitely stay there again and have recommended your company to several families already. Thanks for the memories.
